Remarks

It admits students on the basis of JEE and very perfectly. The faculty is very friendly and supportive. DSEU conducts its counselling through JAC. The process is according to the respective boards.

Course Curriculum Overview

It conducts regular tests between semesters. Semesters exams are also conducted timely i.e. after every six months. Exams are slightly difficult but if you have prepared it well you can easily score above 7 CGPA.

Placement Experience

90% of students who participates in placements got placed in big companies with a decent package. I want to work for big organisations like Google, Microsoft, Facebook etc. to gain good working experience.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have recently passed my 2nd-semester exam, so I cannot tell you much about the job and stipends. As DSEU is under the Delhi government, it provides financial assistance which is given by the Delhi government like a 100% tuition fee waiver for ration card holders.

Campus Life

There are many clubs and societies on our campus like different sports clubs, theatre groups etc. I am a member of theatre group named Buniyaad and had a great experience with the group. We also perform at events in different colleges and universities.

DTU FROM A FRESHER'S PERSPECTIVE

Placement Experience:

DTU has one of the best placements records among engineering colleges.Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester.Top companies like google microsoft ,qualcomm,airtel visit the college every year with many offers.the highedt package often go above 1 cr for cs/it while the average package around all other branches stay around 12-15 lakhs

DTU is a Nice Place

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college is its strong point. A lot of the students get placed at least somewhere in CSE especially. Google is the company a lot of the people get placed in. Highest package is around 2 Cr per annum and Average is around 12-20 Lacs per annum. Percentage of students that get placements is about 90%. There are a lot of internships options here and I know some students that have joined internships from the first year. My plans after getting a degree is to find a nice and comfortable job where I can balance my work and life and work hard there for good money.

DTU: A Perfect Blend of Learning and Campus life.

Placement Experience:

At DTU, students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester.TOP companies like Google , Microsoft, Amazon , Atlassian and Deloitte visit the campus. The highest packages touch above 1cr+, with an average around 15-20lpa for CSE. Most Students (90%+ in top branches) get placed. After my degree, I plan to pursue a tech role in software development.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements begin in final or fourth year. So from 7th semester students become eligible for on campus placement.From 5th semester or 3rd year students are eligible for on campus internships with very good package. In Nsut all top companies like Google, microsoft ,adobe, amazon, flipkart and many more visit.Around 300 companies visit each year. Highest package in 2024 is 83lpa in cse branch and 18 lpa average.In cse placement percentage is 70%, and in ee it is lower around 40%.

NSUT- A rollercoaster but definitely must have experience.

Placement Experience:

After internship season gets over, placement season starts with starting from 7th semester. At the start a lot of good product based companies visit and gradually the package offered start decreasing. The placement season lasts for full one year and around 90-95% students get placed. Infosys is major as nearly half the corwd is hired by them. Various other companies too but with very few requirements and it is difficult to get into those colleges as it is tough and very tough to be honest.
