Eligibility is 60 per cent criteria in 12th with science and jee main rank Application forms are available On college websites Ycce.edu Already has a nice and easy process.

Course Curriculum Overview

Cause there is a lot of scope for this nowadays and everyone wants a job/placement that's the only reason to choose this course 60:1 is the ratio of our Circe the teaching and their methods are nice but you have to do self-study

From the 6th semester ending to the 7th semester starting our campus placement gets started We have a lot of companies who offer nice packages and companies like TCS, cap Gemini, Wipro, global logic, p360, cognisant and many more

Fees and Financial Aid

Our yearly fees are 1,60,000 and they give scholarships to students who have applied and students can get government scholarships also You can simply go on the government site and check out schemes and apply accordingly

Campus Life

We have an annual festival called Yash and an individual tech festival as per department's We have a huge library which has more than 1.5lakh different types of books We also have sports clubs and many other clubs

The course curriculum is pretty outdated. I am in cybersecurity specialization and there are only 2 subjects(starting from 2nd year) related to cybersecurity.and those courses are good but the faculty teaching them arent that great. they just read out the ppts, which they dont even share.

Practical College Life with Real Opportunities for Self-Driven Students

Placement Experience:

Placements start from final year. Students become eligible in 7th sem. Training sessions begin earlier. Aptitude and coding practice provided. Mock interviews are also conducted. Preparation quality depends on effort. Many service based firms visit. Some product companies also come. Roles include developer and analyst. Support and testing roles common. Core jobs limited for some branches. Multiple offers for top performers. Average package is moderate level. Top packages go to few students. Around half students get placed. Others find off campus jobs. Internships improve placement chances. My plan is skill based job.

I don't know much about the placements but I heard that after third year onwards you get placement opportunities . The highest package is 12 lacks and the average package is between 3.5 to 4.5 lacks .

That aspect that made me choose this course that the it very oriented with the project based learning which prepare students for the industry level knowledge and ready for the job . It really prepare for the real world problem which are needed in the industry. Some improvements can also be added as the era is of AI the curriculum can be shaped based on the AI for future proof. The frequency of the exam is every 6 months it is very good to have exams every 6 months as students get to check their knowledge on timely basis the difficultly level is manageable.

Semester 7 is when the placement season starts, and sem 5 onwards you can appear for internship season. The highest package goes in crores but mostly in cse department, others not IT jobs have reletively lower packages avarage being 20 LPA. Almost 60 percent and above students get placed in my guess. I am planning to work in a chemical process design firm.

I had applied many engineering colleges in Nagpur including GH Raisoni, Priyadarshini, Ramdeo Baba College, KDK college etc. i got the admission letter from GH raisoni but i go for YCCE college because it has good reputation and goo placements compared to other collges in nagpur. I couldn't secure seat in Ramdeo Baba College of engineering during first and second cap rounds. I applied to Ramdeobaba, G.H.Raisoni , Sipna, YCCE. Got confirmed admisssion for all the colleges except Ramdeobaba. YCCE offers better teaching and placements as compared to other colleges in this list. I got rejected in Ramdeobaba due to the cut-off percentage being too high and me not being able to fullfil it.
