Average college, Can be better with the change of Director, permanent campus and coding culture best.

You can get it una through jee mains with a rank of max 35k to get cse as of 2020 and through jee mains only we can avail reservation benefits. With the current improvements in infrastructure and now its permanent campus, it should be rated higher.

I choose this college purely because I wanted a government college and a Computer Science stream. The student-faculty ratio is average at 45:1. All faculties are Ph.D. with doctorates. We have 2 mid seems called cycle tests and 1 end sem with ongoing vivas and internal assessments all of the time.

Internships have just started in our college this year. Before this, there were no internships and students have to do a project under one of the faculty in the 6th sem. This year amazon, Amex, and small startups have come for interns and provided about 80000 stipends through OA and interview rounds.

At the start of 4th year, companies start coming for placements. Amazon, Samsung, apple, Amex, market Xcel, and other startups have currently visited. The highest package being 45 lakhs CTC and an average of about 10 lakhs CTC. Currently, 50% of students are placed in 2022 and others are trying off-campus.

I think 12 lakhs for 4 years is pretty expensive for such a college with a small campus and not soo great facilities. I'm currently in 3rd year and trying to avail an internship. Currently, 5 companies came for internships including Amex and amazon.

The annual cultural fest is called mridang and the tech fest is called Meraki. This year they built a temporary open-air auditorium for performances and outside students were not allowed. Dj night and Amrit Mann were the main highlights of the fest. The library has all the books related to the course only. All kinds of sports including 2 indoor complexes are available. We have clubs such as Force for coding, Junonia for literature, and epmoc for event management.

High-speed wifi is available everywhere including the hostel but is not very stable and cuts a lot. We have 2 separate messes, one nonveg, and the other veg and the quality is at par with other colleges. The hostel charges a little too much according to services. We are not allowed to rent a PG or room and only a college hostel is allowed.
