I had 63.8% and 68.08% and my CET score was 54.53, so l got selected for this college. we can find the admission process on the college site I e. cumminscollege.edu.in. I have a reservation benefit for OBC.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in mechanical Engineering. The faculty for teaching is very good. they are well qualified for teaching to the students. It was not so difficult the pass if you really doing the study.

The internship provides by the college are like Khosla Engineering industry, bajaj internship, etc. The role of the internship is trainee intern. My project was the fabrication of a punching machine on a plastic cup

The total fee for the OBC category student is 59999. I took a scholarship i.e. MahaDBT for the Obc category. I have got a job in TechnipFMC for 6.34 LPA through a college campus for the location Hyderabad.

The annual fest is like Umang, Ananya, Urja. Umang fest for the Garbha and Ananya is for independence day, for this day we celebrate the Ananya fest. All types of books are available in the library.

The facilities in the hostel rooms are chairs, a table, a bed, a fan, a cooler, a water cooler, a dustbin, gas etc. are there. The quality of the hostel mess food is very good. The Menu is decided by the hostelries.

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. The admission process was good, you can take the admission through the CAP round or directly on the basis of your JEE Main score. The cutoff varies on the basis of the branch and the seats available. The application form and all the information regarding fees and dates are available on the college website or you can directly contact the institute. Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Samastha provides a lot of benefits for women's education, there are reservation benefits for SC, ST and OBC categories. Good Placements!! (That is all what matters right?)

I didn't take any entrance exams. My admission was purely on the basis of my JEE MAIN score. Cut-off varies according to the branch, and it is different every year. I found out about this institute through my uncle, who is an employee of TATA CUMMINS INDIA LTD.
