Remarks

The admission process was very smooth. I entered the college by clearing the MHT-CET examination. College also accepts JEE scores. Admission forms are available on the college website, and calling any inquiry person of the college gives you full added support in the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course out of interest. The college is comprised of well-qualified faculty, who extend their support whenever needed. Maximum faculty is an expert in their department with a Ph.D. degree. The teaching methods involve a lot of practical implementation. There are 2 term exams of a university whereas the college conducts 4 rounds of internal examination.

Internships Opportunities

Almost every student is offered an internship opportunity depending upon their interest field. Roles like software developer and data analyst are offered to CE students. Mentors and guides are allotted to almost every student for projects.

Placement Experience

As mentioned earlier college provides very good placement opportunities. For full-time roll students of 7th semesters are eligible and from 5th semesters or some time from 3rd semesters, students become eligible for internships. Several top MNCs like Publicis Spaients, Cisco, Citi, Providence, Paytm, Palo Alto, and several others visit the campus. Almost 100% of students get placed throughout the academic year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is already discussed, whereas there are several scholarship schemes for EWS. Talking about on-campus placements, the college provides a diverse and huge amount of job opportunities, a dedicated hard-core work will land you a good six-figure job in a reputed organization.

Campus Life

College provides a decent library that is accessible to all students without any extra pay. Speaking about fests there are several fests around the year to engage the students and to bring out the creativeness in them.

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Honestly the placement is good in college but student's are not able to get that placement because they don't work on their skills . Then how could college place them although College does their best in placement. Almost 80% students get placement in our college .the highest package last year was 12.5 lakhs per annum. The average Package is almost about 3 lakhs per annum.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in the final year that is 7th semester . A lot of companies visit the campus like TCS , INFOSYS , WIPRO etc batch of 2025 got 363 offers . The highest package was 16 LPA and the avg is 4.37 LPA , placement percentage is 74% . I am planning to opt for MBA after BTECH

just money making college

Remarks:

The college management was just running an money collecting machine. there were no payments to the staff. every year most of the staff would resign and they would apply new staff. not only the staff even the principle was changed in last 5 years the college had gotten 5 principles. the college had also not refunded the deposit amount which the had taken from each students during the admission time.

The admission process was good, you can take the admission through the CAP round or directly on the basis of your JEE Main score. The cutoff varies on the basis of the branch and the seats available. The application form and all the information regarding fees and dates are available on the college website or you can directly contact the institute. Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Samastha provides a lot of benefits for women's education, there are reservation benefits for SC, ST and OBC categories. General Category students can also avail many benefits through various Scholarships. Good Placements!! (That is all what matters right?)

I didn't take any entrance exams. My admission was purely on the basis of my JEE MAIN score. Cut-off varies according to the branch, and it is different every year. I found out about this institute through my uncle, who is an employee of TATA CUMMINS INDIA LTD.
