Remarks

The admission process was butter smooth. You don't have to worry after applying for a course if you clear-cut off criteria. The university takes care of major problems and they help you in every possible way.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is pretty awesome. The faculty and the staff members are helpful. They have proven to be calm in many harsh situations. The faculty members are helpful. If you have any query regarding anything no matter whether it's a personal or instructional problem they'll try to help you with that.

There are few campus ambassadors with whom you are supposed to build connections or simply meet and then ask for internship opportunities they will let you know how to apply for a internship and they will solve your query regarding the internship.

Our college has a new building and the tallest building in Delhi university. Our campus is not too big but not too small either. Clubs and societies are active. There are many clubs in our college and societies work. The infrastructure is pretty impressive.

There was an orientation program held at the college. The try to solve every possible problem. When I took admission there were no such criteria for writing an exam. I was facing difficulties so there are many groups who actually provided help regarding admission fee submission and many more.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course that I'm doing is very relevant it teaches me about every marketing term that is still applicable the teaching methods adopted for core papers is purely through marketing case studies of new age brands however for SEC VAC GE the other lower credit papers the faculty is bad as well as they don't give context before teaching and assume that their students also have the same background like humanities etc my course for my core papers is veryy good

Placements Cell is working very closely with industries and therefore the first learn their requirements and then they train us accordingly. So after a proper training in 2 years, we are made to sit for interviews in the 3rd year and thankfully around 80 odd percentage of girls form our college are placed.

A brief Review of my Experience at Hindu College

Placement Experience:

From semester 5th students become eligible for placements. In fact they are still going on right now. Major companies that i know off which usually visit our college are Bain, DeShaw, Delloite etc. So yea majorly consultancy firms. The highest package as of now in our batch is roughly around 18LPA it could go higher maybe in the near future as the placements are still active. The percentage of students as per my knowledge is around 50% while the placements are still undergoing.

Ofcourse students of our course are offered junior consultant roles but being a consultant in such firms itself is a novelty. *I applied for many colleges but got enrolled in Zakir Hussain because of distance from my home and also i research about infrastructure of this college it has vast facilities there. * No, I didn't get any rejection, i just wanted to do less travell. * At my time, i got admission through my merit percentage. for my course 92% required for morning and 85% for evening. i was eligible for eveing only. After getting admission, procedure was smooth, i just went to college and filled the form got help from seniors of my department, they were kind and helpfull in nature.Then along with admission form had to submit all the required documents- like your identity proof, all academic marksheets, fee reciept, category certificate(if applicable),migration certificate(if applicable).you need to sign all the documents and please carry all your original documents and copy as well.Your original documents will get submitted for verification and they returned it after some time,so dont worry about it....Read More
