Remarks

for admission online on the registration website of Delhi university u can apply for the college by selecting the course and college of the college you are eligible for according to your percentage in the 12th class and stream I didn't get any reservation benefits cut-offs should be easy to a search for specific course and college

Course Curriculum Overview

this course is good for government jobs and my background of studies in 12th class and helps in ups as well there are 4000 students who attend my college and 500 teachers. student: Teacher ratio is 8:1 there is an internal exam in college every semester of 30marks and 70 marks exam those are semester exams every 6 months they are quite easy to pass if you study well

from 2nd year students can list themselves in placement society and give interviews at the placement fest my plan is to do UPSC I don't much about it but I am joining the placement cell you can see it on Instagram as Saksham placement cell

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are affordable but students who are financially weak can easily apply for scholarships and get a full refund they will be guided by the student union. IDK about this very much because I am not eligible for scholarships currently I started 2nd year so I didn't get any job will get a job after the semester exam there are many placement cells for job assistance

Campus Life

The weekly fest is conducted in the auditorium our college for famous for its auditorium they are mostly conducted form march to July books and previous year papers are available. the classroom doesn't have many amenities but dice blackboard desk fans are available and ac in computer labs so many societies are their and intercollege spots activities also occur and ncc is also available elandfashion (fashion society ) raw(dance society)

the curriculum is decided by delhi university, economics wing and is followed by all the colleges of du, although few topic are often irrevelent which teachers tend to skip. i do feel that curriculum is pretty old and they should introduce new topic which are more related to reak=l world and give us real life experience not just bookish knowledge which is irelevent. they should also ask for students input related to their curriculum, teachers sometimes tedn to just do book reading. internal exmas are taken frequently and difficulty is 3 out of 5

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a good course. I went for it mainly because I am preparing for UPSC CSE (pretty common around here). In that context the course is helpful, and also for those aiming to enter research, academia, museology, archaeology etc. However there are not many placement opportunities and for most it would be better to pursue masters later on. Teaching methods are inclusive, both english and hindi medium students can comfortably study. However both students and faculties have some complaints regarding the curriculum changes under NEP such as the sequence of courses in each sem.

Placements is for 3rd year students. Many good companies visit our campus like bajaj capital, oberoi group. Highest package is around 22 lakhs. We have a lot of internship and placement opportunities come in for students.

Course is rightly designed. Plus the teachers often suggest books that can be read from library regarding course topics. The library is very nice here. I used to study in the library for long hours. The college has a placement cell which comes up with lots and lots of internship and job offers throughout the year, you get multiple new job opportunities every week but the campus placement is not all that great, B Com courses have somewhat decent placements. the college doesn't push very much or try much to get students placed, you're on your own.

Generally, after BA no one is placed and even if we apply for a job we don't get a good package. So, students generally go for masters or some other courses through which they can get placements. Talking of college placement and internship cell we don't have very good facilities as very limited companies are there for recruiting students. Many students don't even get the internship. This is a major negative point of college.

I selected a lot of colleges particularly every college I knew. But I got addmission in this college because it has good image in my head and it is near my house and the route is easy to travel and there are also some of my friends going there from my area.
