The playground- so large and in the evening it looks so amazing and is a place to hangout with friends
We talk about the faculty and teaching staff maximum teachers are good by nature and are very helpful to the students even after graduation also we learnt so many things from our teachers.
The fees are ver less than just 13000 per annum and there are many opportunities to get scholarship their many scholarships like the delhi state cooperative union bank, sh.

Dislikes

The classes gets frequently cancelled due to fests and strikes
Some of the people are not up to date and some of the staff don't care about your issues and they won't solve your queries in one go you'll need to constantly roam here and there for that
Canteen food is not so good to have it on daily basis.

I liked some faculty.Some faculty of the college is very good and experienced.
I like the college society,they are really active
I think ncc of our college is really best .

Dislikes

I don't like college attitude towards attendence and academic
I don't like the sports of this college .They don't organise anything
College don't take serious disciplinary action

Placement Experience:

Placement of this college is not very good .Some students get placement with average package ranging from 3 lakh to 4 lakh. Student from 3rd year are eligible for the placement.1st and 2 nd year students are eligible for internship.

Know this before planning to opt for satyawati college (evening)

Likes

I really liked my college ground and socities. The socities provide us with the opportunity to grow ourselves by participating in various events.
The teachers are somewhat nice to kids and listen to them when they encounter any problem. The social interation is good here.
The infrastructure overall is great compare to other colleges and libraries are also fine i mean they have ac and enough books.

Dislikes

The management is kinda not okay plus you have to figure out yourself everything if u dont have a senior friend.
There is no attendance issue so children usually dont prefer to come college on regular basis.
The girls and boy ratio is kinda not okay as in some classes girls are more whereas in some guys are more

Well i have absolutely no idea about this. But you will have to keep a record on what the teacher has taught and syllabus . The timing of exams are good and difficulty level is based on the subject. that's it.

The campus life is really good. There are several societies you can join as per your intrest. Severally sports you can join. The social enteraction quality is also really good
The Teaching staff of the college is really kind helpful and supportive. Also very friendly and gives the proper guidance to students

Dislikes

They lack somewhere in infrastructure. As the washrooms are not that well maintained. The water tanks are also that well maintained. Some classrooms are also not renovated

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum according to my pov is okay because the students who are persuing this couse gets the knowledge of Accounts, Business, Economics, Taxes like income tax gst etc. And other Corporate laws. And this can be come in use if you opt for higher studies

There are good societies for exposure , building self confidence, etc
You will find students from every part of india
College is easily reachable from metro and have largest auditorium in whole du

Dislikes

Campus management is very poor , water not coming in taps
Not a very good placement and most companies come for bcom students
Some Professors are not that very good but some are awesome

Placement Experience:

From 5th sem students are eligible for campus placement. One can get a average package of 3lpa - 4lpa . Highest package offerred to a person was 32lakhs per annum in 2021 so if you get into this college there are chances that you get a good package but should no expect very highly as disappointment affect the brain.

The teachers are good and the infrastructure is also good.
The new building is especially good. And it has good infrastructure
The computer lab is also good and there are computers for students as well.

Dislikes

Their is no wifi in our College. And the infrastructure in old building are not well
There is a lot of politics in this college.
The campus placement is quite low. Which I doesn't like and it doesn't provide placement to everyone

Placement Experience:

In the last sem students become eligible for placement as the employers come and take interviews from them and select as per there needs. The highest pakage of satyawati evening college is 10lpa. The company visited are lic, Genpact and reliance jio. After getting degree I will go for MBA as a career.

Satyawati college Delhi university.

Likes

Library is very good of our satyawati college . It has a peacefull and quite environment.
Satya auditorium is one of the best thing of our college. It's the biggest auditorium of Delhi University in north campus.
Canteen of our college is good comparatively to other north campus colleges.

Dislikes

Some water tankers and taps are need to be repaired.
The campus should be more big but it has a medium campus and it's not so big
There is no hostel facilities available in our satyawati college.so you have to rent a pg

Course Curriculum Overview:

DELHI university that is DU is famous for its bcom courses and I m pursuing it. So for bcom. The teachers are good some maybe egoistic but some are so good and helpful.they understand your problems if you will convey them your tensions. You have to write as much as you can in exams as if you will write in short or summary your marks may be deducted.

Satyawati Evening College is a welcoming college!

Likes

Four beautiful small blocks and each one is unique as all of them have a student activity corner inside.
There are some ages old trees and they are the ones that make sure our campus looks green and clean.
One refreshments or canteen which is enough to look after the students meal issues as during evening tea and samosa becomes a mandatory thing.

Dislikes

Just one library and that too is in admin block and I feel they should have one more library at least.

Placement Experience:

Yes, for placements again there's no discrimination as they happens along with the morning college students. B.Com (Hons) students are hired by accounting firms including KPMG and others from Big 4 and banks like ICICI and Axis Bank are always in charge for hiring students of B.Com (Hons).

Enthusiastic college life

The auditorium is very grand and I think it's one of the biggest in the Delhi University.
Very friendly environment I made many friends very easily
Their is also different society and very active and it has anti- ragging committee.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is relatively very poor
The engineering structure(map) of the building is very bad.
Other than north campus of DU, it has not quality drinking water properly

Course Curriculum Overview:

The professor are very well qualified and the overall accademic structure is pretty well. Well I believe professor should be very friendly and engage and interact with student. There should the 2 ways learning process.

Satyawati is an underrated college of DU!!

Since I was pursuing a job, it became convenient for me to do the evening college as I did both gracefully.
Faculties were simply dead drop amazing as they helped us and also taught us so well that our basic course looked like we are doing a professional thing.
Sports facilities were at par with that top of top DU colleges like St Stephens or Hindu college for that matter.

Dislikes

At evening commuting became tol tough as city traffic and all made it a lot of hustle commuting back home.

Placement Experience:

From Flynaut to many content writing firms from NCR started approaching us directly or indirectly. Notice board was full of requirements and after applying getting a job call was so easy. The strength was just 40 in my class and 80% of them had a placement of 30-40k a month which is quite good for a beginner.

The college has a biggest auditorium in delhi university
Has a great infrastructure and the classes

The college doesn’t provide any hostel. Because of this student have to rest the pg
The college has a evening or morning shift the evening shift get less fund than morning shift
They doesn’t take class regulary and cancel the most of the class

The course gives us knowledge about the finance and the economic the subject are economics subject but a arts student also study the subject the examination is for 3 hour and for 90 marks and they have differ exams as well sec vec of 40 to 50 marks
