College with the best ROI

Admission is done on the basis of jee main marks by jossa counseling. You have to apply on jossa portal and process ahead, previous year's cut-off for general category students is about 1 lakh rank. There is no state reservation available here.

I choose chemical engineering bcoz this branch is available in very less colleges and UICET is one of the best colleges for chemical engineering in North India. All the faculty are good but some are egoist in nature. Most of the faculty teaching from the 2nd year are professors but some are also Ph.D. scholars, they are good at teaching. it is a little bit difficult to get a good CG. Bcoz 40% marks is necessary for the external exam to pass and there is two mid sem exam that happens and their average marks are added.

Very few companies come for an internship like Honeywell come and hire about 8-10 students for an internship and the stipend is 30k.otherwise u have to do an internship on its own, it is not hard, and all students did an internship.

After the 6th sem, companies started to hire students, if you have more than 7.5 cgpa then u r eligible to sit in placement. ExxonMobil, reliance, Honeybee, DCM Shri ram, Cipla, Sun Pharma, etc, many companies that come here provide a decent package .in 2021 highest package is 17 LPA and the average is 6lpa. in 2019 placement is 90%, but during COVID it comes down, now increasing exponentially to about 60-70% in 2021, and for 2022 is ongoing. my plan is to grab a decent package.

The fee structure is very low, it is only 27235/ year. The best part of the college is ROI, you are getting about a 6lpa package is too low-cost a fee. You can also get a scholarship of 10,000 whose income is low. Here you can earn while learning ( a scheme by PUNJAB UNIVERSITY in which u can work 1hor daily and earn up to4000 / month ), for this scheme u have to compete with many students and interview round, also happen for selection in this scheme Placement is 90% in 2019, but during corona, it decreases but now increasing and now it is an ongoing placement for 2022. Companies also come on the campus for internships and give a 30k stipend but they hire very less students.

The campus is full of greenery, every year cyanide fest is happening, a lot of things to enjoy in that. The best part is the college is near AC Joshi library (one of the best libraries in India) you can find all types of books here. College is very supportive of sports, all types of sports used to play here. Inter-college, and inter-department tournaments, also happen.swimming pool and Gym are also available. There is so many clubs and society for various activities like English improvement, drama, poetry, art club, ENACTUS.
