Remarks

There is no need to improve the admission process in ycce. Because there is sufficient staff present to guide everything you want they give us a seperate computer lab to fill the forms and attachments etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

There is around 1400-1500 Student in first year of Ycce . The faculty of every department is so large to connect with every student also every single teacher is highly educated in there subject. The term exams are in every month after so you have prepare yourself very well to get a good score.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 165000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As we have seen no more fees hike has been done .There is fees structure for every caste like Open: 165000/- per annum OBC : 98000/-per annum SC : 13000/-per annum ST : 22000/- (approximate). Also, you get the scholarship from government but not for open caste .

Campus Life

Recently YCCE ranked 93rd in all over India in engineering colleges with NAAC A++ accreditation. Ycce has very large campus with many types of facilities also there is sports activities like football, Kabbadi , Cricket , handball, etc. Ycce has the biggest festival like shivjayanti, Yash, kalasparsh etc and so many programs have been held in year.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. I applied to Ramdeobaba, G.H.Raisoni , Sipna, YCCE. Got confirmed admisssion for all the colleges except Ramdeobaba. YCCE offers better teaching and placements as compared to other colleges in this list. I got rejected in Ramdeobaba due to the cut-off percentage being too high and me not being able to fullfil it.
