Remarks

I applied to all of du colleges ( without entrance) for B.com but I wanted to do B.com (honour), Unfortunately, I didn't get any college. But I got selection on B.com in my college I.e Vivekanand, Mata Sundari, and many others in the evening session. But I took admitted to Lakshmi bai because it was near to railway station and as well to metro or north campus. The admission procedure was so smooth and the teachers were highly helpful and polite. I don't belong to any reservations category. So I just took admission and paid my fees. And there were 5 days of counselling and you may feel amazed last day Preeniti Chopra and Sidharth came to promote their movie. Well, it's normal in du. But I didn't feel any hurdles while my admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I wanted to B.com hone but because of my low percentage, I ended up with B.com. There was 3 section of B.com, I was in B sec. And all sections had almost 60 students. If I talk about faculty. Sarika Bhatnagar mam is my favourite. She is dam full of knowledge, she will help you to understand the subject as well as its real use in life. Well faculty is good, but the teacher of business law and environment subjects is not good, there is one, two other too, I did not find them well good in teaching they were just forcing you for rote learning. Although all of them are highly qualified. And the exams were not too difficult, you would have 4 exams and if you give one month you can easily pass

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are less than you've paid in your class 12th. I mean first-year fees are just 8000, I think examination fees are also in it. In the 2nd year, you will pay 7000 excluded examination fees. In the 3rd year, almost the same fee structure.

Campus Life

3

Well, I just spent 1st and last semester in my college. So campus life is not too good. But yeah we have our fresher and farewell, fest and Diwali Mela celebration and many other small occasions are normal in DU.

Other Applied Colleges

Delhi University - [DU] | Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com] {Hons.}

Because of my low percentage in class 12th.

The placement cell of our college is amazing, bringing many internship and pre-placement offer opportunities to the students. The average package being between 5-7 LPA, and the highest package grossing over 20 LPA. Around 60-80% of the students get placements. If i don't get a placement, I'd presue higher studies.
