Here and I scored 94.45 percentile in admonition. I choose this course as there is more scope in civil service after planning course.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is awesome.It is a newly added branch in Corp and it has interesting course in.it.this curriculum mainly focus on practical knowledge so to ensure this in every semester there are 2pratical subject compulsory,of which pdf lab is in every semester and it has the highest credit in every semester that is 5.this course is multiple disciplinary courses which include subject like law, sociology, finance, CAD, GIS, architecture, civil engineering, history, etc .This course also included teaching. Software skills like GIS, auto cad, Google SketchUp, excel, PowerPoint etc.
Internships Opportunities
No there is difficult in finding internship in planning branch.if some one get's internship then he does no get stipend.
Placement Experience
There is less job opportunity in b.tech planning in private sector but there in more job in government or public sector which requires to pass mpsc and upsc paper. The job got is very less in numbers.so we need to start starup .We need to be humble.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarship provided to poor student ,which may be government funded alumni and given by different companies.also loan facility is also available for sbi bank which is present in college campus.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility are good infrastructure structure and excellent facilities,but during summer there is issue of heat.as there is no facility like a.c or cooler . Hostel camps are huge with greenery all over the camps.For each branch accommodation available is 24 which is less so it must be increased
Alumni/Alumna
There is good alumni network they help in all aspects right for financing event to helping student by giving scholarship.also senior of this college are best always helpful.alway guide junor.
Exam Structure
Good .It is semester pattern. Each semester has 2 unit test and one end semester exam. A unit test may be written a paper or may be project, assignment and ppt presentation. In this mark for sheets done are given on personal basis .
Admission
I got admission through act admission process. I got admission in 3rd round.so while I was taking admission in the 3rd round in my preference list Amravati government mechanical engineering was at first but I changed the preference at last time at put planning above it and in this way shot admission in planning in the college of engineering Pune.
