Remarks
The college is good. The overall infrastructure the classrooms, labs, library etc are spacious and clean. The college is being managed very well by the principal and Mr. Amey Patil.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is decent enough designed by the university of pune. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot of focus on research. The subjects offered by the university were somewhat out-dated. The syllabus for the core languages wasn't good enough.
Internships Opportunities
College does not provide with internships. But motivates students to look for them. I don't remember anyone actually getting them though. There should have been more work on this front as it is absolutely necessary to have at least 2-3 internships under your belt before passing out.
Placement Experience
The seniors for placements is very promising. A lot of companies come. Most of the companies pay between 2.5 to 4 lap. There were couple of exceptions where students were paid well in excess of the average. Over 40 companies came to the college and over 65% of the students were placed before passing out.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is pretty much in sync with what most colleges under pune university charge. I payed between 60,000 INR to 85,000 INR for the open category whereas the castes paid almost 50% of it every year exclusive of the other expenses like exam forms etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarship facility provided by the college as such. But students with backward castes received aid from the government.
Campus Life
The campus life was good. Students from all parts of the country were studying. There were a lot of good extra-curricular activities involving sports, drama, social services, workshops etc. The college also has a Rotaract Club, which functions as a youth wing of Rotary International.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors were good. A lot of different job opportunities in various sectors and segments opened up because of the rich alumni.
