Likes

Facilities are very much and staff is also very nice.
The campus is very green and many plants and other species are found
Many extra curricular activities like sports, drama, dance club, and theater

Dislikes

Hostels are not up to mark and interiors should be improved
There are many rules and regulations regarding staying late out of the campus
Mess is a horrible place to eat in this college

Campus Life

The infrastructure of the college is up to mark and other than the studies in academic facilities. The college also provide us with many extra curricular activities which includes dance, music, dramas, sports like basketball, badminton, football, cricket et cetera and every student has been allotted a mentor with whom we can talk about anything mental stress and mental state et cetera

Hostel, infrastructure and interiors of the room or not that good and the water facilities like water cooler is also not satisfactory whereas there is a Cafe within the Hostel only which is open 24 seven

Admission

Cuttoff for this college in neet ug examination is 200 marks in round 3 and talking about admission process. It was very smooth and it was very systematic. Many teachers and staff was there to assist you and to tell you the admission process and they also give you the tour of the college.

Faculty

See teachers are very friendly and we can approach them for any doubt, we are also alloted a mentor with whom we can talk not only about studies, the faculties are highly qualified and top notch. They are mostly posgraduates

College don't offer any placement. 5.5 yrs mbbs includes 1 yr internship in which interns are paid 18k for month. While after mbbs you have to do service bond in rural areas in which dr.are paid 80k month.

First I gave Neet exam, You need to pass the exam and clear the cutoff to take admitted to DY Patil Medical College, Kolhapur. The cutoff is not too high, it remains between 200-300 because of the high fee structure. So it makes it easy to take admission to this college. This course was kind of looking good to do. Well there's a counselling process that allots the students according to their NEET-UG scores. As this is a private college, we are allotted according to scores and fees of the college. Means lower the college fees more marks are needed for admission. I got a bad score of 415 out of 720.
