Remarks

You can get into this college with jee mains, MH CET or they even have management seats. Reservation can be availed by the eligible candidates and the best part is this is central India's only NAAC A++ graded college. The admission process for this college was very smooth.

Course Curriculum Overview

There are enough faculties for every subject and the facilities are all post-graduated with the best knowledge and skills. Exams here are strictly and properly conducted and are regularly conducted. Even practical viva are regularly conducted.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. I applied to Ramdeobaba, G.H.Raisoni , Sipna, YCCE. Got confirmed admisssion for all the colleges except Ramdeobaba. YCCE offers better teaching and placements as compared to other colleges in this list. I got rejected in Ramdeobaba due to the cut-off percentage being too high and me not being able to fullfil it.
