Remarks

Did not apply to any other college. The admission process was very smooth. Didn't take much time to complete it. There was an orientation program for 5 days. It got quite boring. They briefed u about what you have to do while on campus. the students were all very good and humble.

Course Curriculum Overview

There is a faculty for every 15 students. Faculties were mostly from IIT's and had done their PhD too.Most of the older faculties used conventional methods of teaching whereas the new faculties had changed to presentations and online classes.The exams were organized well by the college.It was usually moderately difficult

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 16000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are offered to everyone starting for the third year to the end of the final year. A good portion of students has already been placed. TCS and cognizant are the major recruiters in the college. About 75% of students get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no Fee hike it is a government-aided college.There is good placements of about 5-10 lakhs per annum.Almost all the students have been placed. I had opted out of placements for pursuing higher education.

Campus Life

There are a lot of clubs on campus. The art fest and tech fests are Sanskriti and takshak respectively. Students from many colleges attended the fests. The library contains everything needed for a student.

Campus placements are highly volatile taking the stats from over the past three years there has been an up trend as well a down trend, I hope I will get placed through on campus interviews, the highest package of this year was for two graduates who got into IBM with 22 lakhs per aanum, there are few who didn't get into any of the companies while there were others who got int Amazon and other reputated companies, if I do not get into a reputed company through my college on campus placements the. College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

nehru has implemented placement traninng from the start of the course itself, from first year itself we get to placement classes which made us adapt and get to know how interviews are conducted. from 4th year onwards i think students are eligible for placements and more than 75% of students gets placed every year

Navigating MACE: A student's journer Through Campus Life, Academics and Oppurtunities.

I chose this college over other colleges primarily for its autonomous status. This allows MACE to have more current and industry relevent curiculum unlike colleges with fixed university syllabus. Admission to MACE was based on keam rank. Although I had a good rank, it wasnt high enough to get my preferred branch in NIT calicut or CET.
