Remarks

The admission is given to the students on the basis of their JEE Mains rank. Students with 90 percentile without reservation can get admission in UIET easily. The admission is through HSTES website with three councelling sessions.

Course Curriculum Overview

B. Tech. Mechanical engineering is one the best course for future scope and have highest job opportunities in private as well as public sectors. The students to techer ratio is 75:1. The faculty of the college is highly educated with most of them being PhD holders. Exams are held time to time with medium difficulty.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 600000 per year

Placement Experience

Students from 7th semester become eligible for placement drives. The companies visited for placements were WIPRO, TCS, Infosys, Yamaha, BELL etc. The highest package offered to mechanical engineering student was 900000 and the lowest package was 120000. Around 50-60? students were placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fees for the course is around 600000 rupees including fees of 8 semesters and security charges. The college provides many scholarship opportunities as well including scholarship provided by ONGC and OP Jindal scholarship and scholarship for SC-ST candidates.

Campus Life

The annual fest Excelsior held every year and many other fests like Abhivyakti keeps happening occasionally. The books are easily available in the library for everyone who belongs to department. Many sports activities and competitions are held time to time. The campus life is great with good crowd and greenery all around.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel charges are 15000 per year for students of B.Tech. excluding mess charges. The rooms provided are individual rooms with a bed, table, chair and almirah for students of 3rd and 4th year and for students of 1st and 2nd year rooms are provided with 3 sharing with 3bed, 3chair , 3 table and 3 almirah. The quality of food of mess is above average. And registration for hostel is provided by college easily.

Life at Amity University Haryana

Placement Experience:

College placements have improved over the years and this year 24-25 was really good for the placements . Students become eligible for the placements from the 6th semester onwards for Engineering and for other courses from their Final year . This year the highest package was 50LPA given by Amazon to one of our student and the average package was 4.5 LPA and the lowest package was 3.1 LPA . Many companies visited this year and still placements are going on around 80 percent students got placed. I am also looking towards campus placement otherwise I would go for MBA from Abroad.

UIET Kurukshetra a place to be

the student must have completed 12th class their are direct 12 th basis admision and they accept jee marks also the allotment of the couse depends upon the raks an individual scores the application form are present on the university website as well they admission can be done in the HSSC counselling session which happen in the month of july to augest after the jee exams The reservation benefits are also their for SC, ST ,OBC, EWS categories the exams which college conduct are not so easy but not so difficult at same time But they don't give marks to the student...Read More
