The admission process is not very complicated. You can take admission only through the CAP process. You need to appear for either MHT CET Or Jee Mains exams. On the basis of exam scores, you get your merit list. You need to give 10+2 to be eligible for the course. You can find the application form and all processes on the DTE Maharashtra site. There are benefits of reservation if you are eligible. There's no need for improvement in the process.

I want to do a job in the IT sector so I choose this course. Course Curriculum is very excellent. It covers all the skills that you need to become an engineer. The faculty is also very decent and experienced. They help students in every aspect of their academics. The ratio of faculty to students is moderate. The teaching method is also easy and deep. Lectures are conducted from time to time. There are end sem exams, in sem exams and practical exams are conducted.

Many internship opportunities are available for the students. In the last year of the B.Tech program, one semester is compulsory for the internship module. You can do either the internship in the company or you can do an internal research internship with the college faculty on the project available. If you get PPO + Internship offer from the placements drive, you can do an internship at that company. Companies like Fluid Control, Atlas Copco, C-DAC, etc gives good project to college for internship.

College provides placements for the students. Students studying from the 6th semester become eligible for the campus drives of placements. There are nearly 300+ companies visiting colleges for their hiring process. Around 80% of students get placements from the college. Companies like Amazon, Nvidia, HSBC banks, Avaya, Tavisca, TCS, Infosys, and Accenture. etc came to college. The highest package offered this year is 24Lacs. The average package is Rs. 450000 approx. My plan is also to get a good job for college after graduation.

The fees for the one year of the course for our batches are around 1.5 Lacs. The fees are getting hiked every year by 5 to 10 %. Also, you can pay the fees according to your caste based on reservation. For that, you need to be eligible for the scholarship terms. And you need to have proper documents. Financial support is also available from the college, you can pay fees is the EMIs.

Campus life at VIIT, Pune is much average. But not just void. The college conducts an annual fest named Gandharva. It is a techno-cultural fest held in the month of January for 4 to 5 days. The college has its central library which has enough books for the number which need by students. Classrooms has every amenities that have to be needed. The sports section is very much active. The college has many teams in different sports. Also, many extracurricular activities are there in the college. Many clubs like NSS, CEC, EDC, Rotract, Avishkar, MESA, Etc are there in the college for the students. Overall college life is very good.
