Remarks
The course was eligible for all class 12 pass outs. The application form and other details can be found on their website or by calling on their phone number. The admission process is overall smooth. Paying fees and another day to day operational work is also smooth, people are helpful and cooperative.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I wanted to work in the business administration field as I was interested in marketing and sales profile. The faculty-student ratio is about 1:30. The faculty is well educated and knowledgeable. The teaching method is generally traditional with few digital methods. Term exams are as per WBUT norms and it is not very difficult to pass.
Placement Experience
Placement opportunities become available from the 5th semester onwards. During my time about 4 companies visited and offers were made to deserving students. The highest package was 3L, the average package is 2.5L. About 90% of students who opted to sit were placed. My plan was to join a job.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees were never hiked during my stay at the college. The study involved mostly college fees, all other general lecture notes etc were to be either taken from batchmates or doing a xerox. If you are present in college you can take these notes yourself.
Campus Life
The annual fest was held once every year, there was no tech fest. Mostly they are conducted in the month of November - to December. Books and journals are mostly available in the library. Classrooms are mostly traditional with teaching being done with chalks. Sports and extracurricular activities are not much. No social groups or clubs or websites are run by students.
