Remarks

This course's eligibility is the 12th pass in the science stream and any joint entrance exam is completed to be eligible. There are no reservations benefits in our college. The admission process is an exam and counselling process for admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am choosing BTech computer science and technology. Because this college computer science and technology stream placement is also good. These college faculty are very experienced. Teaching methods are so easy to process.

8th-semester students become eligible for campus placement. IBM, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Swiggy, byjus, etc. Companies visited in our college campus. And 70 percentage students placed in our college. But computer science stream placement is also good.

Fees and Financial Aid

These college fees are very high. There is also 8th semester and paying in 3.73 lakh Rs. This college is prohibited by many scholarship schemes like Shami Vivekananda merit cums means National scholarship etc.

There were many annual fests in our college. Like fresher welcome, tech fest Hechaton event. Very big library in our college. The classroom is also good. They have no sports and extracurricular activities.

Placement Experience:

At JGEC,campus placements begin mostly from the 6th/final year semester,when students become eligible .I recent years many well-known companies have visited such as Pinnacle Infotech,Synnova Gears & Transmissions Pvt.Ltd,,TCS,Jyesta corporate Entity and many more.The highest package was around 54 LPA form Google ,While the overall average is 10.2LPA.Many students also take internships, industrial training or prepare for higher studies(GATE) rather than accepting direct placement immediately.The exact percentage of student getting palcement is no where.But last year the percentage placed is 70%.

Overall the placement percentage of the college is good for both the core and non-core courses almost near 90%. All the students in there 3rd year i.e. in their 5th or 6th semester are elegible for campus placements. I like my college as it is but it can be good

I choose this college cause it is near my house and one of friends recommended me. I didn't applied to other colleges cause I knew I will be get selected and the financial condition of my house is not so good. Eligibilty of the course is 60 percent in with maths in 12th and needed to sit and get a rank in wbjee .Admission process is too much sothing you have to just come in college with the required fees admission fees is approx 96,000 in first sem you can deposit it in 6 month in half half amout.And in next sem approx 85000 is needed per sem till 4 year.Admission process is easy they will cooperate with you.you can get the form in admission dpartment.Areas of improvement is mainly if fees isn't paid in 6 month then yo will not be allowed to sit in exams....Read More

Khatti Methi College Life in TIB

They give admission through wbjee and jee main exams . In wbjee your rank have to under 30000 . For CSE you rank should be under 21000 . In betech admission wbjee and jee main have their own admission portal only you have to fill up the form and which college you prefer. And you can also get admission directly with donation .
