Remarks
The admission was based on 12th std. marks. One needs to have high scores in the related subjects of their honors field. The application form, fees, and dates details are found on the official website of the college. There were many reserved seats for the SC, ST, OBC and Christians The professors are quite friendly and teaches with enthusiasm and dedication.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course work is quite intensive as SCC follows the curriculum of CU. The professors are very helpful. They take interactive classes instead of just delivering lectures. They wholeheartedly encourage in-depth learning and solve our every doubt.
Placement Experience
Usually, the students from the CS department, BCOM, and BBA get a job in private companies like Wipro, TCS, etc. In other departments students, either aims for higher education or start preparing for a government jobs.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college provides free studentship to all the neady students. Our college especially physics department holds regular seminers of advanced physics topics and further inculcates love for the subject .
Campus Life
The campus life is quite normal.There are various extra curricular clubs where students can freely join according to their interests. There are also seperate libraries in each department apart from a central library.
Hostel Facilities
There are 4 main hostels -WANN , DUFF,OGLIVE and Lady Jane Dundas.They are located in close proximity to the college campus and takes roughly 10 min to reach. The hostels provide single room accomodation. The quality of food is quite good.
