The eligibility required for the course is that you must have cleared 10 +2 with a minimum 60 per cent aggregate. You will find the application online as well as offline. But you have to submit documents to the college on the given date after the online application. Because of my interest in technology and computer and growth tech industries and IT industries, I have chosen this course. The faculty to students ratio is fine that is 25:130 in a department. Faculties are highly qualified. The teaching method used is the innovative teaching and learning method. Three times a semester exams are organised out of which two are mid sem and one ends sem

Internships Opportunities

Companies like TCS, and Tech Mahindra offers internship to students in the area of their interest based on their knowledge. Some companies are there also offers internship without stipend. The college also offers some major projects and minors project for which they select the students as per requirement.

Placement Experience

From 5th semester students becomes eligible for campus placement. Various companies like TCS, Wipro, Persistent, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, infocept , etc visits the campus and offers number of offers. Highest package and lowest package offered by companies last year was of 11LPA and 2LPA respectively. Nearly 75 to 80 per cent of students get placed every year. I am now currently preparing for higher education.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you belong to reservation categories then you can complete your BTech within 3 to 3.5 Lakhs otherwise you will require 1.5 lakh per year. All scholarship eligible students have to fill out Post Matric Scholarship.

Campus Life

The annual fest named YASH is conducted in the month of December and the tech fest is organised during the Diwali festival every month other events are organised like webinars, competitions, etc. A huge library is available with a lot of resources. Sports ground with sports club is there in college. Various groups are run by students such as Green club, NSS, Rotaract, Music, Art, etc

The Overall experience of an average student

Placement Experience:

7th semester or 4th year makes you eligible for internships and placements. NVIDIA visits our college often i don't know much about the placements as im only in first year but yes the eligibility for the placement is over CGPA which eliminates a lot of students during the placements nearly ~75% of the students get placed (including off and in campus) the other 20% pursue higher studies the other 5% go for start ups

Placement Experience:

The placements offered by COEP are simply great. The percentage of placements in overall department is from 72 to 100% . The student are eligible as they get in 2nd year . The companies that visited are wipro , infosys, mircosoft and core companies like tata motors, mahindra, Bajaj auto , emerson, asian paint , bosch. Bajaj even has there school of automobile openned in COEP. Highest package is 87 LPAand the average package is 12 LPA. You only need skills to crack the interview percentage does matter in some height the minimum percentage required is 65-70 . As COEP offers best placements I planned on getting campus placement as well

I had applied many engineering colleges in Nagpur including GH Raisoni, Priyadarshini, Ramdeo Baba College, KDK college etc. i got the admission letter from GH raisoni but i go for YCCE college because it has good reputation and goo placements compared to other collges in nagpur. I applied to Ramdeobaba, G.H.Raisoni , Sipna, YCCE. Got confirmed admisssion for all the colleges except Ramdeobaba. YCCE offers better teaching and placements as compared to other colleges in this list. I got rejected in Ramdeobaba due to the cut-off percentage being too high and me not being able to fullfil it.
