You must have scored 50%+ in 10+2 yrs. The application form is available online and dates are mentioned on the website. You just have to physically submit the documents after filling online application. Details regarding reservation benefits are available online on the website.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because of my interest in this area. The faculty to students ratio is 10: 70. All faculties are highly qualified with their post-graduation as a minimum qualification. Exams are taken thrice a semester. 2 mid sem after completion of every 3 units and one end sem after completion of the whole syllabus.
Internships Opportunities
The student will get internship in 3 rd year and this internship is offered on the basis of previous knowledge and area of interest of student. This internship may or may not include stipend. The companies like TCS , Tech Mahindra, etc offered internship with stipend of minimum 3000.
Placement Experience
From 6th sem students became eligible for campus placement. A number of offers are offered by companies like Capgemini, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Persistent, etc. The highest package offered is 11 LPA and the average package offered is 2.5 to 3 LPA. Nearly 85% of student gets placed every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees and cost to study are normal. Even middle-class students can study by doing part-time work. The average cost of the study is 400000 lakhs for the whole 4yrs of Engineering. The scholarship which is provided by college or GOI is a post-matric scholarship.
Campus Life
On every occasion or festival, different tech fests are conducted by departments and colleges. One main annual event called YASH is organized once a year in the month of December. Various sports activities, cultural activities, workshops, etc are organized every month or in the annual fest. The huge library is available with a large number of books for every branch. Various groups are there which are run by students such as Green Club, NSS,ROTRACT, etc
