Remarks

1. Candidate must have a minimum 80 percentile in JEE mains & 79 percentile in CET exam to get a seat in BE electronics. 2. Once college is allotted, we can check further details on the college website: www.vesit.edumumbai 3. Reservation benefits are availed for candidates' cutoffs of CET. No reservation is applicable for JEE marks. Reservation is availed in fees too. 4. College staff is absolutely humble and helpful during the admission process. Everything goes systematically, no improvement is needed.

1. I like electronic devices and as per their increasing demand and necessity, I choose BE Electronics. 2. In my class there are 43 students. 3. Teachers are well educated and teach properly. 4. Due to pandemic, late admissions occurred and the semester ended in about 2 months.

Fees and Financial Aid

1) Fee for a year is Rs. 1,16,946. Reservation is applicable if the candidate is from SC/ST/OBC/VJNT or EBC category. 2) Rajshree Shahu Maharaj scholarship, Post matric scholarship and others are provided.

1) Praxis: Scheduled in the month of August, Prarambh: event for freshers after admissions are done, Spurthi ( Indoor and Outdoor ): sports events for students, Illusion: It is an Intra college event, Utsav and Annual Day: Held around the months of February and march and many more. 2) Library is updated, air conditioned and books of Technology, humanity, social science, language, history and others are provided. 3) Classrooms are clean and spacious. 4) Sports events are arranged for sports lovers, music, dance and other events are arranged too. 5) Music, Sports and Class representatives have their specific groups

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. Practical v/s theoretical balance: Labs, workshops and real world projects are a core part of the structure, especially in engineering, design, and science programs.
