Remarks

It's compulsory to have in 10+2. If you don't have maths you aren't eligible for the course. The application form will be available ok DU official website. Application fees will be different in every college of Delhi University. In my college, it's 7750. Application dates will be released on the official website soon. Reservation on quotes gets less cut off as compared to general ones. the admission process is fine.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have to do a master's in eco that's why I went for this course in bachelor too. Students are more whereas faculty is less. The ratio will be approx 7:10. They teach so wonderfully. They clear our each and every doubt. I am in 1st sem and my exams will be in march too I can't say.

Right now I am in 1st sem and haven't opted for an internship. But it seems to be very interesting. I can't conclude about outcomes bcoz haven't joined any yet. So In the future will update you about all these.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are very reasonable. Anyone can afford it. I am on 1st sem right now I haven't honed for any campus jobs Also, they provide scholarship opportunities. They provide that for sc, st and obcs. The scholarship is provided by NSS is NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

Campus Life

Revel in the annual cultural fest of Satyawati College Evening organized by the students union every year. It is a trend which has been working for the last 7 years. It's a three-day event with street play and Singing on the 1st day, a dance and fashion show on the 2nd with star night, in the end, band performance, and DJ night on the 3rd day. There are so many types of books available in the library. There are so many types of sports like badminton, cricket, basketball, etc

the curriculum is decided by delhi university, economics wing and is followed by all the colleges of du, although few topic are often irrevelent which teachers tend to skip. i do feel that curriculum is pretty old and they should introduce new topic which are more related to reak=l world and give us real life experience not just bookish knowledge which is irelevent. they should also ask for students input related to their curriculum, teachers sometimes tedn to just do book reading. internal exmas are taken frequently and difficulty is 3 out of 5

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a good course. I went for it mainly because I am preparing for UPSC CSE (pretty common around here). In that context the course is helpful, and also for those aiming to enter research, academia, museology, archaeology etc. However there are not many placement opportunities and for most it would be better to pursue masters later on. Teaching methods are inclusive, both english and hindi medium students can comfortably study. However both students and faculties have some complaints regarding the curriculum changes under NEP such as the sequence of courses in each sem.

Placements is for 3rd year students. Many good companies visit our campus like bajaj capital, oberoi group. Highest package is around 22 lakhs. We have a lot of internship and placement opportunities come in for students.

Placement Experience:

The college has a placement cell which comes up with lots and lots of internship and job offers throughout the year, you get multiple new job opportunities every week but the campus placement is not all that great, B Com courses have somewhat decent placements. the college doesn't push very much or try much to get students placed, you're on your own.

Generally, after BA no one is placed and even if we apply for a job we don't get a good package. So, students generally go for masters or some other courses through which they can get placements. Talking of college placement and internship cell we don't have very good facilities as very limited companies are there for recruiting students. Many students don't even get the internship. This is a major negative point of college.

Right to the point review not too long not too short just point to point

I selected a lot of colleges particularly every college I knew. But I got addmission in this college because it has good image in my head and it is near my house and the route is easy to travel and there are also some of my friends going there from my area.
