Remarks

I went via KCET, so first, you get your college alloted by KCET the youu just visit the college and submit the documents with the fees. The cut offs change every year but you van find them on KCET website.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have joined in Information Science Engineering, which is almost the same as computer science engineering. The course is pretty decent and the teachers are quite fine and well versed in the subjects. A good place to start your degree.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 87000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Most companies that come for placements offer internships as well, usually, they offer 6 months or 3-month internships with a pretty good stipend. They usually start around January or March in the 7th sem.

Placement Experience

Placements are pretty decent at CMRIT, the average comes around 6-7lpa, this year the highest package was offered by Amazon which was 30lpa. There are even opportunities to get places in Japan to those who are interested.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is different for every student depending on how you have joined, as in for KCET students its around 90k, for COMEDK its around 2.15l, and management ranges from 3-5l per year. So it completely depends on how you join.

Campus Life

The campus life is really good at CMRIT, there are so many clubs which you can join and take part in many events. Extracurricular is vast here and you will definitely find some of the best people in Bangalore. Cultura is the fest that happens every year.

RNSIT : Best college for students

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active in our college. Every year more than 30+ companies come to our college for recruitment . Our seniors from 7th semester get placed in many companies and before getting placed in the company our college offers internships to every student. Around 80 % of the students get placed in companies and work efficiently. The average package for civil engineering is 2.5 lakh per annum.

My College Review

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.
