Amazing campus life at dsce

Eligibility of the course is more than 60 percent marks in 12 th board. The college comes under comedk and kcet. The application form is available on comedk and kcet official website. comedk application fee is 1800 inr whereas kcet application fee is 500 inr . application dates for comedk starts in march and ends in August whereas for kcet it starts around June and ends in July. addmission process is bit hectic but overall it is satisfactory.

I choose this course because computer science is my area of interest and design would add an extra skill in my portfolio. Faculty to student ratio is pretty good their are good no. Of faculty available for different streams. Faculty are highly qualified holding PhDs and most of the faculties are having more than 20 years of experience but the catch is most of the faculties are unable to deliver a understandable lecture. For exams our college follows a timetable strictly for every semester. Semester exams are moderately tough.

Their are few companies coming to offer internship every year but most of them don't offer stipend by many students secure off campus internships which pays stipend in companies like Accenture,ibm , microsoft, amzon etc as their are many companies available in banglore.

Placement is average in case of core branches but really good in case of top branches like cse ise. I am not sure about the placement percentage. I am planning for higher studies after my undergraduate degree.

College fee is around 2.5 lakhs if u take admission through comedk and around 80 k if u take admission through kcet. I am in first year so I don't know much about scholarship and campus jobs but for financial assistance u can apply for education loan.

Campus life at Dsce is amazing. It has many amazing fests like furora which is dsce main fest it is conducted around feb-march ,we also have open Mic and performances every Saturday. If we talk about infrastructure dsce has one of the most magnificent campus among all colleges in banglore. Campus has a well equipped library having every sort of books. All classroom has digital boards. The sports facilities in the campus are also pretty good we have a football field, basketball court,lawn tennis court, table tennis and volleyball court inside the campus. There are bunch of clubs available like cpa responsible for cultural activities ,iedc for entrepreneurship and many more clubs for coding,skill development etc.
