My engineering college experience.

Our remarks regarding the college and faculties were always good it has always let us explore our self with keeping plenty of options open.

I was a polytechnic student and dint required to take any entrance exam to get into this college. There is always a quota for polytechnic students in Engineering colleges this particular college is also one of the well known colleges in nagpur. Also it has a very good campus record where there is always more than 80% placement record.

College internship was quite difficult although they've arranged a few companies to take the students as trainees but there was always a vast amount of competition and we always had to find a internship on our own.

Placement and job opportunities at YCCE is quite good there is always around 80-90% placement record where a quite high number of MNC visit the college for recruitment.

College had an annual cultural festival named YASH which was nagpurs second biggest event it had different events from Rock Band to live shows also it has a national level paper presentation event.

Fees was a bit expensive we had around 87K fees annually with all the other academic expenses excluding the tution fees itself was a bit on higher side although this was quite feasible for foreigner students.

Yes the college did had a good loan facility which was offered by the nationalized bank i did took a loan for my studies was I was able to repay immediately.

Campus life was awesome with an plenty of options to explore yourself there were different robotics camp where you can test your robotic skills as well as different sports competition where you can test your endurance.

Hostel facilities were charged differently the facilities were not up to the mark and the food was pathetic i was living in the hostel for only 1 semester after which I tried finding a PG so that I can stay away from the hostel.

All of them were beautiful they all are now at a very well settled locations with some of them even moving abroad college has provided plenty of opportunities to each and every one of us.

Exams are semester pattern each year had 2 semesters also in 1 semester we had 2 unit testing exams where we were tested for the things thought in the class.

Faculty with YCCE is always good there is a decent count of professors which have a vast amount of experience with the recent upgrade in the curriculum the current academics is quite competitive to the top class colleges in the country.
