Maulana Azad Medical College has 17th rank in NIRF 2021 and also top in medical rankings. The MBBS course duration is of 5.5 years and the basic eligibility is 10 + 2 with science stream with at least 50%. The admission is based on NEET UG scores.

The course curriculum followed for MBBS- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery is as per National Medical Commission. Some of the major subjects included in academics are Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, Pathology, Ophthalmology, etc.

Placement Experience

There are no placements for undergraduate programmes. The best option for a doctor graduate is to move on to higher studies and do specialisations. It will be useful for career building and job offers both in India and also abroad.

Fees and Financial Aid

INR 15000 is the fees for MBBS course. The course fees is less, but lot of hard work is required to get good results. Faculties are giving good support in teaching. The theory classes, practical lab works, internship are all well structured and made ease by the support of dedicated teachers.

Campus Life

The campus is very active. Even though there are hectic academic schedules, there is time for extra curriculars also. The student interaction with friends and seniors are good. The day celebrations and medicals fests are also conducted .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Honest review of DU SOL B.A. good for working students not for regular college experience

My course is MSC operations research, which is a very vast and deep course. It goes deep into understanding business operations and providing the businesses with best quality steps. There were real life projects which have helped me alot in understanding difficult topics. If there could be more projects it would have been more helpful for studies. The exams level is moderate to difficult, have to study hard to perform good in tests/exams.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

Campus placements are must here as we may not have higher degrees like other engineering college students. But we are younger and more enthusiastic and also we have the skillsets which has been taught to us at our college. A salary of 30 to 40 thousand is offered to us at the initial placements from our college.
