Remarks

Yes if you want to take admission in West Bengal first you have to clear wbjee West Bengal joint entrance exam then the after being selected in college first you have to give seat acceptance fee to those you have been selected if you don't want to take admission in that college first you have to visit that college and then you have to fill yes or no upgrade form but in college, they try their best to manipulate student and force them to take admission in their college which is not right in, but if we want too go I'm 2nd round counselling we have to visit this is not a right thing for students as well as parents so this improvement we want to see.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

My stream is IT (Information technology) my rank was 42k in wbjee I was selected in 2md round counselling. In our college Total number of students for this course is 120 and in our college placement ratio is good in this stream. Our college is in a group with techo India and jis group of college. That's why we have some huge advantages also. But you have to do hard work for a nice placement. Our faculty members are very nice full and great they help us a lot . They are very helpful and knowledgeable, the syllabus is most probably 11,12th classes in the 1st semester and the main syllabus for this course is starting in the 2nd semester.

Placement Experience

5

In our college students mainly get eligible for placement in the 3rd year. There is a lot of campus visit in our college because Asnasol engineering college is with techno India and his group of college. The company visit to our campus is TCS, Wipro, Infosys, e2 from and many more. The average package start in our is nearly 3 lakh and the highest package goes up to 15 lakh. 75 percent of students in the year 2021 get placed on all departments in campus placement. My pans after getting placed to do MTech for good placement and enough package that I need as an employee.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure in our college for Information technology is 4 lakh 20thousnads which is very cheap. If you are a candidate of other states you have to pay nearly 90,000 in 1 sem and 45000 in all 7th sem. This college provides a scholarship name Vivekanand scholarship for all students, many companies visit in our college like Tcs, Wipro, Infosys, etc and many more. Our college provides a good level of campus our college placement is increasing year after year. Mass recruiter In our college is TCS, Wipro, infosys, Mahindra . They provide an average package starting with 3lakh.

Campus Life

5

We have a huge campus and very beautiful its infrastructure is very nice and wonderful, I have enjoyed us a lot on our campus. In our college, there is a lot of social clubs and lime hardware cloud, coding cloud, Ed cell cloud and many more. On our college campuses, there is a lot of fetches which consists a lot of happiness and enjoyment, there is a lot of websites run by student in this college like one group name is the coding cloud which rum by senior students they teach very best and have very much nice knowledge in coding. They help us a lot and have a great ideas. Son in our college there are is lot of social website.

Hostel Facilities

5

Hostel facility is good in our college, there is 2 hostel for boys and 1 hostel for girls and nearly 1000 students capacity is there is boys hostel and same in girls hostel. If you want a hostel in Asansol engineering college first you have to submit anti-ragging to your hostel mentor then you have to submit your few details for security and then you have to submit some advanced. Our hostel fees in Asansol engineering college is nearly 53000 so you pay it by instalment also. PG is not mainly provided by college you have to contact with senior or any local for pg so you have to contact or your mentor can help. There is a lot of pg nearby our college with good rent.

Placement Experience:

Well as far as mh knowledge students get to placements from 6th semester itself . Well there are placement classes from 3rd semester itself . The placement track record of the college is quite good with most year about 90% gets placed with good companies comming like Deloitte, EY GDS , JP MORGAN, Oracle , offering high amount of placement offers like around 20+ lpa . Well I am not sure about my plans maybe if the palacement is good I'll take it or will be preparing for GATE (Whose courses are also provided from college .)

Placement Experience:

The senario of placement in all of the private colleges of West Bengal are more or less the same. Majority of the students are placed in Service Based Companies like TCS, Wirpo, Infosys, HCL, Accenture, Cognizent, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, etc. These companies offer anywhere from 3.6 to 6 lpa packages. Only a handful of Product based companies come in these private colleges and cherry pick 2-3 student per college only. This is the reality of all the private colleges, not just our college. If you want to crack a high paying job, you will have to do it off campus. The students are eligible for internships from the 6th semester itself. The college does try to provide internship to students but only a few students end up getting the internships and most students need to find internships on their own. Some companies which came in 24-25 session which offered an internship and PPO are Amazon, SAP Labs, Accenture, etc. For a detailed placement stat, go to our college's website and look for training and placement stats. The college is honest in putting these stats. The stats are mostly reliable. The highest off campus placement in 24-25 session was by Snehadeep De, who secured a SDE role in Amazon with 47 lpa CTC. This was off campus so the college had no role to play here. The highest on campus placement was by two students in the company Juspay. They were offered the SDE role for 27 lpa CTC. The average placement of all the CS branches will be around 5-6 lpa. And approximately around 60-65% of the students get placed. This is the ground reality. And its the same in all of the WB private colleges. If you want to keep a backup option in case you don't want to get a 3.6 lpa job then start preparing for GATE, CAT or Civil Services from your second year. Its always preferred to have a backup option cause you can't trust a private college for providing you jobs.

The minimum placement opportunities of our college is good . If you are in good in aptitude, Group discussions and your CV and technical skills are strong then you can easily crack a 7-10lpa job from our college. Overall our college provides decent opportunities for our placements but you need to maintain certain GPA to sit on those placements

After the 6th semester we are eligible for the internship, also we can apply for both on campus and off campus placements. In our college some companies like Geotech, Infosys, Code Clouds, Unibit solutions visit every year. Average package is in the range of 3.5-5 Lakhs per annum and highest package is nearly 6-7Lpa. But post covid time our placement record decreased a bit. Nearly about 80-85% of CSE students get placed every year. Also I am currently appearing in interview of different companies for placement.
