NSIT, doesn't sound familiar , you should know it

The admission process is based on jee mains rank. Two Delhi colleges, NSUT and DTU make a single portal to apply and fill out the preferences for branches of both colleges. Portal also provides details of last year's cutoff for each preference with different reservation benefits. There are multiple rounds of counseling. There is the physical verification of documents in the college you get shortlisted first. The major drawback is a separate portal for NITs and these colleges affect seat allotment and multiple registrations can be expensive for candidates.

Interest matters most.IT included data structures, discrete structures, image processing, AI, etc. with electives each semester.1 teacher per 50 students is there. Teachers are well qualified and supportive. Teaching methods are traditional. Labs are not well equipped. There are midterms and semester exams each semester.

Different companies come in the college with different packages, based on your profile and your projects, you can choose a company. There are different rounds for selection . Stipend depends on companies profile.

Third year students are eligible for internships and placements.Hundreds of companies visit campus including several tech giants like google, microsoft, goldman sachs.Most like 9 of 10 students get placements.

Fees yearly is 165000 which increases 10000 each year. Fees scholarship is based on reservation category and state government schemes. Internships usually come at beginning of the third year and placements at the fourth year beginning.

The annual fest is moksha held in march lasting 3 days. There are different societies for technical, dance, musical, literature, debating, debugging, etc. There is a winter sports fest held in December providing cash coupons. There is a large central library.

There are 80% single accomodation rooms and others double accomodation rooms.Mess menu is healthy and diverse designed by student committie itself.Hostel registration takes along with course registration.
