Sri Venkateswara College Review- From Admission to Graduation

I choose SVC over other colleges as getting into Delhi University is itself is very difficult. Over lakhs of students apply but only a few of them get selected as DU provides the exposure and real life experience over any other private university. I live in PG and my college is just a few minutes away from it like just 5 mins so i save the travel expenses as well. I didn't get any rejection from any college. DU is my only focus and i knew that i will make to DU but i have applied the my state university as my back. I got venky in my 1st allotment and its a very high raking college so knew that its the only college for me. I didn't go for upgrade because i got very bad feedback for Ramjas college so i decided to stay in SVC only. Eligibility: 12th pass with good CUET score(700+) for B com students CUET is the only exams that Delhi University accepts. So scoring above 650+ is enough to get into DU. The process of admission is very tome consuming as first you have to fill the CUET form and then register into CSAS portal which is the gateway to get into DU and after the aplliaction you will get your 1st allotment with a month. Application process was not very complicated but in fact it was pretty decent. Students under NEP were admitted on the basis of CUET Scores. Cut off for this course and college was around 710/800 in cuet which is common university entrance test. I have applied to manage colleges like SRCC, Ramjas, Hansraj, Kirori, Mal, Sri venketswara college etc. college. I got confirmed admission from from Venkateswara College, Ramji College and DCAC. But why I choose Venkateshwara College is reputation, faculty, campus and environment, et cetera. This college is very good compared to other colleges. It is literally called the SRCC of south campus. The crowd here is very good, every students gets to learn something new from here. I coudnt make up to other colleges because i guess i procrastinated during my cuet prep which caused marks to get down for me. I also applied to st xaviers Kolkata but it was too strict and too much like a school for me and a good college experience can definitely be had in Delhi university.Also, the fees of my college is very minimal as compared to the rest of the private colleges.The admission process of my college was included with all the others of Delhi university.I filled a preference sheet of colleges after getting my Cuet score and I got my 6th preference at 752/800 and I am honestly happy about it....Read More
