Remarks

I am a student of Taki Govt College. After my high schooling, I passed h.s exam. I had 80 in mathematics in the h.s exam. You have to score good marks more than 75 or 80 to get a chance for admission to that subject . And you must have to upload your best 4 subjects in h.s exam. Merit list calculation is very easy. For mathematics admission fees are 1692 and registration fees are 350 , so it's around 2000.;Therebis a facility of reservation seats on quota... SC/ST/OBC/UR. You have to physically verify documents after paying the fees

Course Curriculum Overview

4

If you want mathematics honours...Taki Govt College is best for you. There are 4 faculties and almost 80 students read in mathematics honours yet later few students left college for another reasons.now the faculty is very good. two professors are phd holders and all professors are very talented. They are humble also. They take online classes as well as offline classes. In a word, this college has better mathematics faculty

Fees and Financial Aid

As Taki Govt College is a govt college, students do not have to pay much fees in this college. At the first, you have to pay 1692 rupees, this concludes electricity bill, phone bill, library charge etc. Later you have to pay semester fees ... And if you get 60% marks , you will get swami vivekananda scholarship ( SVMCM) and a cast scholarship (OASIS). The admission fees stay same in every year

Campus Life

3.5

Taki govt college has a small playground, but there is no annual programme and not even a cultural activities occur. There is no campus in our college. But a good thing in our college that.. the college library is very good with thousands of books, which you can read whenever you want

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel is good in taki govt college. And a good thing is , hostel is few minutes walking distance from taki govt college. They are in good condition, workers clear this hostel twice or thrice in a week. And the hostel budget is not much. Now the hostel is sanitizing because of covid 19...

college placements are good in this college with a number of good financial and consultancy firms coming in with new gen companies as well in the service and sales industry. moreoever getting a good placement in a top financial or consultancy placement requires a POR in a good society as a criteria, its not really required but adds to your chances of getting it. moreover you require to participate in a number of case study competitions for the same as well. my plans after graduation is probably working for a year or two after which i plan on doing my MBA. around 50-60% who apply get a placement.

Many students do not opt for placements and go for higher studies but many students who opt for it, get placed with decent packages. Many well-known companies visit the campus as well.
