LPU is overall a very good college. The staff and the management is really hardworking and works with full dedication for the betterment of the students.

AIEEE, The campus, faculty and the quality of education is really worth complementing. It is a direct process to get admission in LPU through AIEEE or board Percentage.

The theoretical and practical approach over all the subjects is given into preference. The teachers focus on the practical knowledge and not in the conventional methods. If interested, you can join the research clubs in the college. If the project initiated by you deserves a chance, the college helps you by providing all the necessary materials required to complete it.

Yes, the college does provide internship to the IT students as well as the fashion dept. The stipend depends on the role given by the university and on the sincerity of the individuals.

Almost all the big companies like Infosys, Google, L&T etc have been in LPU campus and most of the students were placed with decent packages. I too was placed in Hitech International with an initial package of 3L/annum. The college participates in inviting the companies for job fairs in the college campus and it helps the students to interact with the company individuals and groom their personality and secure a job.

I was a Btech Student. The fee/semester is 69500/-. If a student secures more than 80% in class 12th boards, he will be allotted a scholarship of 40000 per sem. Above 90%- 50000 per sem. The hostel charges depends on the sharing basis. 2 seater/ 3 seater/ 4 seater/ 5 seater/ dormitory.

I have been a part of the major events in the college like Gyan Manthan, Youth Vibe, Bhartiya Vigyan Sammelan, Punjab School Fest, Technical Fest in the college, Inter College sports meet Inter college Boxing Tournament, Fashion Show ,Bollywood Star night, Actors/Actresses coming for film promotions. And many more. Being a part of LPU was the most beautiful phase of my life.

Food was very good throughout the week. Every day we had at least one special item in the menu. The menu is fixed for the entire week. The food is prepared fresh and many automated machines are used for Chapati preparations. The sitting space for the hostel students is sufficient enough to adjust all the hostelers.

Yes. The college organized Alumni meets in various parts of the nation which helps the pass out students like us to once again re cherish the golden moments with our friends.

We had 2 major exams in the college. Mid terms and End terms. Apart from them we had 4 assessments to be carried out in regular intervals of time. The cumulative marks of which where converted into CGPA at the end of every semester. If by chance some one fails an exam, he/she will be given a chance to re appear and if the attempt fails, he/she will have to study that study the subject again for an entire sem.

Professors are mainly from IITs or NITS and hence their subject knowledge is really amazing. The interactive approach of the teachers helps in learning the topics in a much more interesting manner. I being an Alumni really miss the college as it helped me a lot to groom my personality and yes, the teachers too played an important role in that with their learning.
