The University is one among the Central Universities in India and the facilities and faculty here is much good. The syllabus must be more practical. Need to implement practical approaches. The library timings are limited. Reference books are need to be stocked more.

The course is good and the improvement of syllabus is essential. It will be excellent if the internship like training facilities to be a part of the course. The faculties are good and an asset for the department. This is an opportunity to get to know the experts and work with them. Faculties are having higher qualifications and well known scientists in India and abroad as well.

The students and alumini of University and their reach is not at all calculated. Several students works on different institutes as research fellows , project assistants and several other positions. The placement cell in University is conducting several programs like counselling, seminars, job fairs etc.

The fee is comparatively less here. Students from Kerala are eligible to get scholarship from the government known as e-grantz on the basis of the income and reservation categories. Students can also apply for other scholarships and the department staffs and faculties are really supportive.

The Campus life is good. More Cultural and social blend can be experienced. Cankama is the annual arts fest in the campus in February , there are also programs like seminars, Orientation classes, training classes etc. National Service Scheme is active in the campus. Dance teams, music bands and several other groups are there in campus.

The hostel have very better facilities. New hostels are under construction and sure it will be with excellent facilities. The menu is framed by the students once in a month by different departments. The hostel rents are less , nearly 3000 in semester wise . But the mess bills have to be paid by monthly. The cook salary have to be paid once in

Need to attend CUCET and if you can find your position in the rank list (General and Category wise) and will be informed to attend a counselling in the department for the admission through the university website.
