Remarks

IIT Kharagpur is a prestigious institute for both engineering as well as management studies. The reason to join was the course affordability with a very nominal fee structure. So, ROI is quite good. College accepts CAT or GMAT scores, WAT and PI for admission .

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum develop managers with a strong technological background into professional managers and corporate leaders. The course content is case study and practical based . . Faculty: student ratio is of about 1:10.

Placement Experience

Placements are at par with elite management colleges. 100% students are getting placement. Highest CTC of INR 26.5 LPA and Average CTC of INR 18.44 LPA was the placement figures in 2021 final placement.

Fee Structure And Facilities

INR 11,59,760 is the programme fees. Fees are subjected to revision from time to time. but SC ST students and economically weaker students get tuition fee waivers There is no scholarship schemes and loans for the students.

VGSoM IIT Kharagpur is super and amazing. When it comes to infrastructure, is is far better other management colleges. Library, Classrooms, Hostel rooms, sports facilities, labs, cafeteria, gymnasium, etc are excellent.

Placement are good enough. From 6th semester students become eligible to for campus placements(internships as well as full time offer). 105 companies visited in 2025 and many package offered by them based on student's skill. highest palcement : 45 LPA offered by amazon. Percentage of students getting placemnets : 86%. After getting the degree my plan is to take a decent job and to be finanancially stable.

Making it better spaced out and not so uneven could make this more lucarative..and changing the order of chapters taught could help tremendously to keep up without feeling burdended. Timings could be increased in between exams too

My honest review for iLEAD college as a student

Placement Experience:

Here, I've not been offered any placement still now because this is not the right time for me, but I have sent the placement drive are happening in our college and many students are going there and joining them. I have many seniors I know, they got placed. In my course, there is a mass option of freelancing is opened in front of all of us. We usually start doing freelancing after a year of studying. Here mentors also help to get clients. Then Ilead also offers interships. There students can learn and earn as well.
