Remarks

Admission process included CAT score and personal interview. Induction phase started on July 1st and went on for 10 days followed by the classes from July 12th. Analytics course, specially designed curriculum, good placements are the reasons for me to choose this university.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty: student Ratio is 1:9, faculty are the best with deep expertise in technology and knowledge. They encourage research and contribution to the society with the knowledge. Course is designed in a way to make the students think out of the box. exams are tough and need practical thinking.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 750000 per year

Internships Opportunities

For the season 2020-21, we had around 114 companies visiting our campus making 373 offers for 330 students. The highest stipend of the batch was around Rs 3,30,000 for MBA core and Rs 3,15,000 for MBA Analytics. The average stipend offered was around 80.6K and potential recruiters included Puma, RBI, Airtel, Xiaomi, Mondelez etc.

Placement Experience

For the season 2019-21, we had 127 companies visiting our campus making 268 offers for 260 students. The highest package was around 29.02 LPA and potential recruiters like Loreal, Delloitte, Puma, Ofbusiness, ICICI etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Placement opportunities are good. There are scholarships available for students with merit and backward classes. IIM Kashipur takes pride in bagging the 4th position in the D2C case study competitions next to IIM Bangalore, IIM Ahmedabad and IIFT Delhi

Campus Life

The university is surrounded by lush green trees and very scenic. There are around 35 clubs, cells and committees. IIM Kashipur is entirely a student driven campus. We have Agnitraya the annual fest along with Samanvaya, the HR conclave

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are good with many amenities for the students like washing machine, refrigerator, oven and radiant cooling etc. The rooms are allocated for 2 people per person in the 1st year and a single room in the second year.

Admission

Considering the CoVid situations, the entire admission process was virtual. We had initial screening for eligibility through the CAT score followed by a personal interview by professors to get selected into the university.

A well rounded experience at GEHU dehradun .

Placement Experience:

At GEHU, placement eligibility starts from the 6th semester. companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Amazon visit the campus. The highest package offered is around 35LPA and the average is 4-6LPA. About 70-80% of students get placed , mainly in IT and management roles. After completing my degree I plan to work in the industry and later pursue higher studies.

Placement Experience:

Placement are fine I won't say good for our course most of students prefer for higher students so the placement percentage will be 50- 60 . Student are eligible in their last for placement . Placement are provided by college but if you want off campus it's the students choice . The companies are :- United bioceuticals, ALPS , graphic era hospital etc.

UPES University brings in a different energy!!

Placement Experience:

Infy, Techno India, Brumha and many as techies are required all over. From a watchmaker to salt maker without a techie a business can't grow big. So, even though there are 500+ CSE students still 75 percent or so get placed easily from our campus.

The IIM of the North

I found the admission process easier (Level Medium on Difficulty scale). The process started with the CAT application form, then the CAT exam, followed by a call letter for an Interview and then the selection email.
