Experience comes from learning

First,I have passed my 12th and along with that I have appeared for WBJEE and I cleared cutoff of WBJEE.After that,I applied in a counselling of WBJEE and got Electrical Engineering in HIT ,Haldia.At first,I was very worried of going there but later I realise that it is one of my best decision to continue my further studies.Here,all the Teachers,Staff Members and Management are very supportive and always come forward to help the students.If someone have WBJEE Rank of below 50000 then they have a good chance that they can choose Electrical engineering.In case,if one didn't get this branch with this rank then there is a mock round which is a last round.In this round,you will definitely get what you desire within that rank.

I have a keen interest in this field.I did a lot of Project in my school time .I always get excited in childhood when something was discussing about this topic.Here,Faculties are very good and also have a good understanding between the students.They are also very skillful and knowledgeable.But sometimes,I found that there is lack of some practical knowledge.Faculties are well qualified in both theoritical and practical way.But If someone wants to gain theoritical knowledge in this college then don't go for it because B.tech is basically for practical knowledge.I think he/she don't choose a B.tech program for theoritical.Exams was conducted in a proper time and students are given enough time to prepare for it.It is not too much difficult to pass.

i think once entering in a college ,you will find a bulk of such thing.you have to be very active in the college and also try to interact with a lot of faculty and i would say most preferably with seniors.But, in respect of internship I dont think it is good enough to provide such things.you have to apply for offline everything.it totally depends on you how much you are sincere for the project.

our college placement is good and most of them get a job after passing out .there are lot of companies like infosys,wipro and many more are visiting here.The average package of our college is around 5+lpa.and if someone is good enough then they might get a package of near 10 lpa.I think, most of them are getting placed in good companies and CS,I.T and E.C.E are the fruitful branch for these.But as a electrical engineering, i have seen that core company are not coming too much so, I have to prepare for the software section together to sit for the company.And,most of my branch students are placed in more than two companies and also get a enough opportunity to move ahead.I am thinking of joining a reputed software company.

Total Fee structure of college is 3,75,000 and along with that hostal fee is 1,00,000. there is no hike in between the semesters.there is no scholarship providing by our college but if you get a 8.5 cgpa in first two semester then they will exempt one year of fee.Also, every year State government is providing a schoolarship ,so if they are aware of that then it can easily to get some money. it is easy to live here beacuse things are not very expensive.I think one should get a tremendous job opportunity in this college .if he/she is capable enough then no one can stop him from taking jobs.

Every year college is organising a PRAYUKTI fest in which different types of programmes are there .Many students of other college are also coming here to participate and won a good prize also.It also helps the junior to realise his potential and give them exposure to learn a new things.Here,you will find a wonderful library to study and also there are thousands of book available for the students and teachers.there are good facility of everything but most of the time you find hot conditions.It conducts a lot of sports tournament for different fields and seen a larger participation of students.there are so many communities like NEEDS,IEEE,and Iete running by our students to help the skill development of our juniors.

Hostel facilities are upto the mark .there is no a.c or wifi in a room.you will feel like a normal room .but,overall it is good to study in this budget .Here, meals are good and you will find something new everyday.Also ,you don't get a feeling of like a living in cities.but it's better than many others colleges.you have to follow a same process like others college is doing .there are lots of verification and documentation process and once you alloted, it become easier to stay there.Actually, I am staying outside with my friend near khudiramnagar which is not too far from college.you will also get all the basic necessities there.
