I have applied for techno India salt Lake for mechanical engineering but I had not got desired branch so I applied in AEC and get my desired branch.I have got admission through wbjee rank. I have gone through the counseling process done by but the university now it is Makaut.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am interested to do mechanical engineering because from childhood I am interested in the working function of different vehicles. The faculty is good. Some of the faculty is masters from iit and nit and my principal has done Ph.D. from Australia. The exam is timely but you have to study to pass but you have to do hard work to get a good cgpa.
Internships Opportunities
I have offered for KMDA metropolitan where I got knowledge of different types of pumps used for water suction. I have also done projects in testing the quality of mild steel properties like quenching, percentage of carbon, etc.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement. There are different companies like Tcs, Build mate, Tvs, Sri ram, etc come to recruit students. The highest package is approx 5 lac.
Fees and Financial Aid
Approximately 50000 per semester is the fee. No, I have not got a scholarship because I am not from West Bengal. Those who are residents of West Bengal they got a scholarship. You have to pay approx 4 lac for 4 years.
Campus Life
They are different social groups and clubs run by students like the robotic society for the project, k-iss initiative to help poor children, kasar for social culture. There are also a fresher parties for new students, an annual fest, etc. There is also a library with wifi is available where we will get our semester book and can get a good environment for study.
