Remarks
After 12th I applied to Bhagini Nivedita College which is of the University of Delhi though it is quite far from my residence it is a good one, I don't have any quota as I am not eligible for it. My admission criteria were based on my 12th CBSE marks. Since my marks were 77% so I got admission to History Honours very easily. The admission process took my whole day and was quite exhaustive. Counselling day was quite good, the faculty which we had was quite passionate towards. Their subject teaching.
Course Curriculum Overview
History has always been my favorite subject. This is the reason that I took it as my graduation subject. The faculty of History Honours is quite good. Teachers are high, qualified, well experienced, passionate about their subject and the most important quality which I found here is that they timely finish the course. The student ratio is around 54 to 60. In internal marks also they grade good but the only condition is that the student should be sincere and attend all the classes indiscriminately.
Fees and Financial Aid
Since this college is of University of Delhi so the fee is quite nominal that is 5, 220 for Arts and Social sciences, for semester exams you have to play differently. Since I belong to a pure arts subject so I don't have any placement. There is a Placement society in the college name Physician but it is not much famous as the societies of North Campus colleges.
Campus Life
The only negative point about this college is that they have poor infrastructure due to the untimely funding of the University. This is the reason that there are no such amenities in classrooms. Even the annual fest is not much famous because fi the funds of problem. Sports are also not much supported but NCC and NSS are quite good. Since I have completed two years of NSS in my college I can firmly say that NSS is very good if one would join.
