Remarks

I applied for Kj somaiya and vjti etc but couldn't get a seat due to criteria and was not able to attend it. I am from open. The admission criteria for Dmce was 70+ in JEE and 90+ in CET with a minimum age of 17+. The admission process was smooth and easy and the staff were supportive and kind.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose Comps because it is a highly demanding career and with a high scope. For every 70 students, there is one faculty who guides and inspires students. Qualification of faculty is almost all are Mtech and few are PhD. Term exams were held twice a year and is decently tough to score good marks.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 108000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees don't hike much and are similar in all year that is from 105k-108k and cost to study was zero as everything is provided by college. Scholarships are provided by colleges for SC and ST students. Campus jobs are with a stipend of 15k-20k is provided for capable students.

Campus Life

The name of the annual fest is MILESTONE and is held in November end of third year students. Books and journals are available in the library for students with ample amount of resources. Amenities like blackboards benches in decent condition and projectors in every classroom. Social groups like NSS, GDSC and Codechef are run by students for their personal and career growth.

Why I Chose PCCOE: A Student’s Perspective on Academics and Opportunities

Placement Experience:

For 5th semester students become eligible for internship (stipend based)...And from 7th semester for placements. TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, Wipro, Tech Mahindra – for software roles Larsen & Toubro, Honeywell, Siemens, KPIT, Bosch, Persistent Systems – for core engineering roles (ENTC, Mechanical, IT) Other startups & IT product companies also visit for internships and full-time offers. Highest Package: Around ?24–28 LPA (mainly for CSE/IT students in product-based companies like Goldman Sachs, Amazon, TCS iON, etc.) Average Package: Around ?4.5–6 LPA for core and IT companies, and ?3.5–5 LPA for ENTC students. Each year, over 90% of CSE/IT/ENTC students get placed. Branch-specific placements may vary: CSE usually sees 95–98% placements, ENTC around 85–90%, and other branches slightly lower. The Real Experience: Strengths and Shortcomings of PCCOE

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated Training and Placement(T&P) cell and has regular recruitment drives that work to place students in companies where they will be values highly. Each year, 600-700 students are placed from all the branches. More than 300+ companies visit but the ones that hire are limited such as TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra which generally are mass recruiters that look for employees that will work for 3LPA or 4.5LPA. The highest packages go to about 30 to 40 LPA domestic and 61 LPA foreign but it is very rare to get a placement like this and requries considerable effort on the side of the student as well. Average package is 7 LPA for CS/IT branch; 5 LPA for electronics and telecommunications branch; 4 LPA for mechanical. My plan after getting the degree is working for 1-2 years while simultaneously pursuing masters.

honest review focusing around accommodations, reality, college life, placements

Placement Experience:

our college has motorsports clubs so if you are in those clubs you will get very high reputation while the placements. one concern you have to consider is that the will have total 3 campus for the placement drives so the crowd is very high.

My experience at Bharati Vidyapeeth.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placements from the seventh semester. Many Mass recruiters offer jobs to students in our college, some of them being- TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, ICICI Lombard and Capgemini Ai. The average package offered is a around 6LPA and usually the highest package is about 12LPA. Around 65-80% of the students get placed directly from college. I plan to pursue a career in my field after graduation.

I got this college through Mhtcet exam, and yes I opted for other college too but the cutoff for branch i wanted was too high in other college so i had to take admission in DMCE. talking about the admission process you can take admission through 2 ways: Official goverment rounds or management rounds. Majority of students take admission from cap round which accepts both Mhtcet and JEE examination. 90% of students get admission by Mhtcet exam.
