Remarks

I applied for NITS and KJ somaiya VJTI etc but couldn't get a seat due to their criteria and couldn't attend them. I was from open. The admission criteria for DMCE COMPS is JEE 70+ and CET 90+. the admission process was smooth and easy and the staff were supportive and kind.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose COMP due to rising SCOPE and to get a better career. For every 60 students, there is one faculty who guides and inspires students for their careers. Qualifications of faculty are mostly all Mtech and a few are PhD. Term exam was held twice a year and was decently tough to score well.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 108000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are similar all year and don't hike much that is 105000-108000 and the cost to study is zero as everything is provided by the college for students. Scholarship for Caste students is available and Colleges provide internships with a stipend to students who are capable and have relevant skills.

Campus Life

The annual fest name is MILESTONE and is held every year in November end conducted by third year students availability of books and journals in the library AMPLE amount of books is in the library for students and the library is huge amenities like blackboard and benches in decent condition along with projector in every room for students sports and activities like badminton carrom soccer etc are held on the campus. social groups like NSS, GDSC, Codechef etc are run by students for their personal and career growth.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement Experience:

Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Datta meghe is moderate tier 3 college, i choose this college because it is near my home and my cousin also studied from this college it is good . I got this college through Mhtcet exam, and yes I opted for other college too but the cutoff for branch i wanted was too high in other college so i had to take admission in DMCE. talking about the admission process you can take admission through 2 ways: Official goverment rounds or management rounds. Majority of students take admission from cap round which accepts both Mhtcet and JEE examination. 90% of students get admission by Mhtcet exam.
