Remarks

This college appealed to me because of its excellent MBA placement rate. I quit my job before I joined because I wanted to get an MBA and get a better position with a better package. CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/MHCET/MHCET/MHCET/MHCET/MHCET/MHCET/MHCET/MHCET/MHCET/MHCET/MHCET Create an account on the college's official website. Then log in and fill out the application form using the auto-generated email instructions. Filling out an application form is the first step in the admissions process. There is a Rs. 2000/- application fee. It can be paid with cash, DD, or a scratch card purchased from a Flame counsellor. Scratch card applicants only need to type in the number on the scratch card in the payment section of the application form. Following submission, you will receive a confirmation email along with a PDF copy of all the documents you provided. Then an invitation to a personal interview will be delivered.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Everything was taught through PPT on the smart board, so there were no books to carry. The college did supply library books, but they were never required save for supplementary references. We had weekly MCQs and vivas, and we had to attend 75 percent of the time or we wouldn't be allowed to take the university test. Internals and externals were followed by homework in our class, which was semester-based. The assignments and internals were added to the total. Finally, I decided to pursue an MBA since it would provide me with greater career opportunities and allow me to continue my education.

Placement Experience

4.5

The college has a specialised placement department that attempts to place us 100% of the time. They make contact with recruiters and inform us of available positions. No back papers, good attendance, and a decent GDPA score are required to be eligible. The financial and banking industries have the best recruiters. The campus is visited by firms such as HDFC and Nelson Finance Hub. Ecommerce and retail recruiters are also on our team. The average annual salary ranges from 3.5 lakhs to 15 lakhs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I spent a total of $16,25,000 for my MBA programme. This price covered housing and boarding, as well as on-campus medical expenditures, University bus service for Pune city, IT services, and counselling. Many Merit scholarships were available at the time of entrance, with partial and full fee exemptions depending on merits. Emergency need-based support and FLAME fellow programmes. The terms and conditions of the scholarship are listed on the university's website. At the time of admission, a caution money of Rs50,000 is deposited. It's reversible.

Campus Life

4.5

We have basketball courts, a beautiful cricket field, and a football field on the campus, which is 60 acres. We had student councils as well, which served as a link between students and the administration. The Student Welfare Committee, Sports Committee, and Cultural Committee were among the three committees that made up the group. W also has four houses that participate in different campus events. FLAME also offers student exchange opportunities. This organisation encourages diversity and hosts the FLAME festival, which attracts college students from all across India. This festival hosts activities such as dancing, music, fashion, and business week.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The hostel's facilities are excellent. There are separate hostels for girls and boys. With an adjoining bathroom, twin sharing AC and non-AC rooms are offered. The fee for non-air-conditioned rooms is Rs. 70,000/-, while the charge for air-conditioned rooms is Rs. 85,000/-. Dining and washing facilities for up to 40 garments are included in the hotel and boarding expenses.

Admission

During the personal interview on why you want to join Flame, you will be video recorded. On the spot essay writing of around 200-250 words is required in 30 minutes. Both the PI and the essay writing are done on the same day. You can also apply by taking the Flame Admission Test (FEAT), which is a self-conducted entrance exam. Academic performance and extracurricular activities are also taken into account. The statement of purpose has been omitted. It is carried out personality profiling. Shortlisting is completed after considering all of these factors. They do a good job at shortlisting. After the cost for confirmation is paid, shortlisted candidates will get an acceptance letter.

Placments are really good like 4 students got 12 LPA at crowdstrike after successful internships. I think in our class 20 students got placed from college side and i think it can be improved , the college should give more freedom to students for their preparation rather than focusing on attendence Good companies like Delta Capita, Crowdstrike, Vanderland, Winspire Solutions came to the campus. The placment usually starts from 3rd semeser .

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are limited in the college. A few companies visit during the final year, and students usually becomes eligible fromo the last semester. The packages offered are generally modest, mostly for entry-level roles. Only a small percentage of students get placed thorugh campus drives, while many prefer to apply off-campus for better opportunities. The college provides basic placement support such as info about job openings and guidance, but students need to build their own skills and prepare independently. After completing the degree, students prefer to pursue higher studied, professional courses, or entry-level IT jobs.

Companies started sending their placements form to college groups from starting of the 7th semester. For particular branches, particular companies visited. Many companies send their placement forms this year. But each selected a max of 2-3 candidates only. In the strength of 76, 15 got placed on campus this year. Selection rates or placements criteria were too low.

Focusing on student's attendence rather than focusing on students concepts. College is not focusing in development of students only paperwork is done. No conceptul teaching nor practical. By doing this stuff we can get a btech degree but not the knowledge a btech student should have.
