the activities including the clubs, sports etc
the faculty. all the professors seem to be really helpful and professional

Dislikes

the food, but i guess its just college food.

Placement Experience:

the average package is 11 lakhs per annum. highest for the yearf 2024 was 24 lakhs. companies like adani group, bajaj, factset, mahindra fianance, kotak mahindra bank and many more visited. 94% of the mba batch got placed.

The opportunities provided - we have multiple internship opportunities, research opportunities and we are made to compulsorily work in an NGO which helps.
The faculty is very knowledgeable in their areas of work. They also help you outside of academics.
Research and sports opportunities at FLAME are really good.

Dislikes

The placement opportunities are not the best considering most of the students opt for masters after their bachelors.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students apply for masters after FLAME. However, flame also has a placement committee which helps the students apply for jobs. We get multiple companies on campus during the placement period and students are also given proper training sessions on how to sit for interviews which helps them prepare.

FLAME IS THE Future

Likes

I really like my campus campus life since its the perfect college life that I dreamt of.
The people you meet from all over India is amazing.
The academics is exactly what you need ang get.

Dislikes

My college is located in a valley which is very far from the main city.
Sometimes the food gets really boring mainly for non veg.
Gets too exhausting staying in one place for 8 months out of 12.

Placement Experience:

Placements are really good after undergraduate as well as postgraduate like MBA. The lowest package offered after MBA is 9,00,000 Lakh and the highest is 20,00,000 Lakh. My plan is to work first then go for postgraduate.

Placement Experience:

One can easily equate dream placements with FLAME university's placements. They start preparing you for the placements from the start. Top-notch companies which took part in the university's placements were D-Mart Retail, JSW Paints, TCS Interactive, Enam Holdings, Kantar WPP, Teach for India, ET Now, Kent Health Systems, TransUnion CIBIL, Federal Bank, Khimji Ramdas Inc., UTI Asset Management, Fujitsu India, Lido Learning, Vedanta Resources. 93% of the students got placed in the graduating class of 2020. Lucrative roles were offered to the students like relationship management, logistics and supply chain, banking, business consulting, retail operations, HRM, e-commerce, project management.

Placement Experience:

The placement process is a 5 step procedure at this university. I sat for placements recently and the record of students getting placed was great. 93% of the students landed in their dream companies they wanted to work in. The highest package was Rs.3.30 LPA. Top recruiters of the placements held in 2020 were Metta Capital, Vedanta Resources, JSW Paints, Khimji Ramdas Inc., AdvaRisk Consultants, HP International and Jaro Education ITC.

Life in FLAMES University

Remarks:

FLAME University offers wide range of courses, and personally I think MBA from here is a good answer as the curriculum is relevant to real world and we are all prepared accordingly. The most important reason for me enrolling into this university is that MBA program from here is accepted into CFA University Affiliation Program. The campus is also spacious with all kinds of spaces like sports, learning and administration. My favorite place to hangout is the swimming pool of 6 lanes which is near the football ground.

Explore yourself at FLAME

Remarks:

FLAME School of Business got ranked as the 26th best business school in India by the Business India B-School Survey 2015. It is located in the city of Pune which is known as the 'Oxford of the East'. I applied here after learning about the University's interdisciplinary approach towards studies and the curricular innovations they have made. Also, FLAME offers an amazing campus life, best quality faculty for management studies, career assistance opportunities and industry interface. FLAME has an online application process occurring in five distinct cycles extending from December till May. The application fees for undergraduate courses is Rs. 2000. Candidates who have passed 12th from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks are eligible to apply for BBA. Students can choose to appear for the University admission test, FEAT or submit their SAT/ACT scores which are also acceptable for admission. Note that there is no minimum cut-off for candidates applying through SAT/ACT, but obviously the higher your test scores, the better are your chances of getting selected.

My experience at FLAMES

Remarks:

The flame university has been made as a scholastic organization secured in Liberal Education. It is the pioneer of Liberal Education in India. The point is to furnish the students with a learning experience that would energize and enthuse us. The admission is followed by filling up the form online. For admission in MBA you would first have to clear the FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test (FEAT) trailed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). CAT/XAT/GMAT/MAT/CMAT or MAH-CET marks are also counted while your admission.

Online life at FLAMEUniversity

Remarks:

When I completed my graduation I thought of doing MBA from an institute which would place me in a reputed company with a handsome package and FLAME University suited all my needs. I applied through my CAT score and gave all the details about my graduation results. The university is good and provides ample opportunities to learn and grow.

I have a friend at Flame university and his experience at the institute has been great. Here is a brief highlight of the institute.

Academics: The academics of this college is very good and the professors are quite strict about assignments and these must be submitted by the given time. Faculties are knowledgeable and the classes conducted by them are very interactive. The combinations of major-minor are high across various subjects like business, science, humanities, performing/fine arts.
Sports: The sports scenario is very good and it is mandatory for first-year students. Every week three hours of sports are compulsory for all students which occur early in the morning.
Attendance: All the students are required to maintain 85% of attendance and you may end up failing if you have a lower percentage of attendance without any valid reasons.
Hostel: There are separate hostels for boys and girls and the hostel facilities are very good and they are kept clean and organized and housekeeping is available on a daily basis.
Rules: There are some strict rules too which every student needs to follow. Nonveg is strictly prohibited inside the campus and stuffs like alcohol and cigarettes are not allowed too. And if someone is found smoking or consuming alcohol they will have to face serious consequences and may even get suspended.

Hence, Flame University can be a good choice as it provides all the modern facilities and the academic culture is nice too but there are certain strict rules like attendance which has to be followed by everyone and cannot be avoided.
