FLAME University provides compulsory residential facilities for students with separate hostels for boys and girls. There are three types of accommodations: twin-sharing rooms with an attached bathroom, with or without AC, and flat-type accommodations shared by six people with two washrooms. The fees for hostel rooms range from Rs. 70,000 to Rs.
85,000 per year, inclusive of dining and laundry services for up to 40 garments per month. The campus offers a variety of vegetarian meals, aligning with its Jain principles, and features multiple cafes. Additional amenities include a laundromat, computer labs, a shuttle service to Pune city, and a 24-hour infirmary.
The campus, situated amidst the Sahyadri hills, boasts a scenic view and excellent infrastructure, contributing to an exceptional living and learning environment.

FLAME University has a strictly residential program. Along with students few faculty and staff also stay on campus. To make their stay comfortable and make everyone feel at home, FLAME provided various student, faculty, and staff housing. There are guest houses available too for parents and participants of executive education and other management development programs to use while they are visiting the FLAME campus. Since the students, faculty, and staff spend considerable and valuable time on campus, FLAME University provides some amenities that might be necessary for them. One can buy some daily use items at the provision store, withdraw money at the ATM, do laundry at the Laundromat, and get treated at the infirmary for any medical assistance
The starting hostel fee of FLAME University Hostel for Twin Sharing basis is 1.80 lacs per year. The hostel fee increases as per the facilities one takes in the hostel. The twin sharing basis has common bathroom facilities shared by flatmates. The rooms are allocated on first come first serve basis.
