Kirloskar Institute of Management Pune Latest Updates and News

05 Nov, 2025 MAT December 2025 Registrations have started for MBA admission. Aspirants can register @mat.aima.in till Dec 7, 2025, for PBT Mode, and till Dec 15, 2025, for CBT Mode. MAT 2025 (Dec Session) will be held on Dec 13, 2025 (PBT) and on Dec 21, 2025 (CBT). For more details, check here.

04 Nov, 2025 CAT 2025 Admit Card release date has been postponed. The admit cards of the registered candidates will now be available for download @iimcat.ac.in from November 12, 2025. CAT 2025 Exam will be held on November 30, 2025 (Sunday) for MBA/ PGDM admission. For more details, check here.

16 Oct, 2025 XAT 2026 registration is ongoing for MBA/PGDM admission. Aspirants can apply online till Dec 5, 2025, @xatonline.in. Further, the application form edit window will be open from Oct 14 to 16, 2025, and XAT 2026 will be held on Jan 4, 2026, from 2 PM to 5 PM. For more details, Check Here.

Kirloskar Institute of Management (KIM), Pune is a private self-financed institute established in 2010. It has two campuses namely- KIM Harihar & KIM Pune. KIM Pune campus came into existence in 2010 and is approved by AICTE. KIM Pune Placement

KIM Pune has completed its 2021-23 placement drive and 98% of students were placed with over 40% students joining BIG 4s companies. Total of 95 students were placed. Leading Recruiters included Deloitte, Accenture, Amazon, Kantar, Kirloskar Group, PWC, HUL, Marico, Reliance Retail, Grant Thornton, E & Y, KPMG, TATA Power, Mercedes Benz etc. The highlights of the placement drive are mentioned below:

During the placement drive, A total of 80 companies participated out of which 10 were new recruiters.
The highest salary package stood at INR 18 LPA.
An average salary of INR 7.5 LPA was offered to the students.
Finance was the top recruiting sector.

Meritorious students under the following conditions get the Scholarships of KIM:

A scholarship worth Rs 1 lakh is awarded to a student who has secured 95 percentiles and above in CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ MAT
A scholarship worth Rs 60,000 is awarded to a student who has secured 90 to 95 percentiles in CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ MAT
Those eligible for INR 1,00,000/- scholarship will receive a rebate in the sixth installment provided the previous 5 trimesters’ GPA/CGPA is 7.20 for batch 2024-2026.
Those eligible for 60,000/- scholarship will receive a rebate in the sixth installment provided the previous 5 trimesters’ GPA/CGPA is 6.413 for batch year 2024-2026

Dislikes

As a PGDM student you should get some freedom this college is more of boarding school you have to follow strict timings and other rules .

Admission:

I have applied for other colleges also but the fees structure is not upto the mark they have high fees but they don't provide facilities which this college provides . When we look at fees it's actually 1250000 in which hostel and mess fees is also included . We talk about placements this clg is better than the other ones so I choose this college over others
