Remarks

I'd entered around 20 colleges which I'd short-listed and the one which I got listed in was on 17th position. The admission process was based on CET marks which had around 94 percentile cutoff. The admission process was really good.

Course Curriculum Overview

I selected computer engineering. The teaching staff is good enough and they clear your doubts. The internal assessment is conducted twice every semester, there are 8 semesters are in total. Also, the difficulty of the paper depends on the subject and your preparation of the same.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 108000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internships are available in semester 5 i.e. third year of engineering. For computer engineering, the internship count is 50 students from a total of 120. The major recruiters were ethnus, jsw, internship studio and many more.

Placement Experience

Students get placements once they complete there graduation with the help of on campus placements. Many famous companies have visited the college. Half of the graduated students get placed in a well known company.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is different for different categories. The general category students have to pay around a lakh every year of which tuition fees are about 80000?. Scholarships are available but you have to apply for the same in the first year of engineering itself.

Campus Life

The college campus lacks a ground, but consists of a badminton court on the 2nd floor of the main college building. Techfest is conducted in this college. Library is spacious and has almost every book we need while studying there. Classroom are huge as well.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Datta meghe is moderate tier 3 college, i choose this college because it is near my home and my cousin also studied from this college it is good . I got this college through Mhtcet exam, and yes I opted for other college too but the cutoff for branch i wanted was too high in other college so i had to take admission in DMCE. talking about the admission process you can take admission through 2 ways: Official goverment rounds or management rounds. Majority of students take admission from cap round which accepts both Mhtcet and JEE examination. 90% of students get admission by Mhtcet exam.
