Remarks

The course that I preferred was only available in 3 college and out of that I selected the best one. I got my admission in government quota. Since I was enrolled in government quota the admission procedure was simple. I just had to produce my original certificates and pay the fees according to the government norms.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Mechatronics is a new field of engineering which includes mechanical, electronics and even coding. In short this course have to deal with automation and robotics. The faculty ratio with students were satisfactory. But none of the facilities were from a mechatronics background (since this was an upcoming course). According to our university norms semester exams are conducted every 6 months. Some semesters are easy to pass. Some are tormenting. But overall we can survive till the end if you are an average scoring student.

Placement Experience

1.5

There were placement options for the CSE students. Whereas me and my friends need to study few more subjects or in short we need to specialise in one particular field. Hence we need to study more. For CSE students there were lot of IT companies who came for campus placements. I only attend one placement program which was conducted by Bibox. That was the only company that had a slight resemblance to my field.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Since I got alloted in government quota the fees was 75,000 per year. Some of my other fellow classmates were allotted in management quota and hence the fee structure varied from 80,000-1,25,000 per year. The fee structure on management quota was decided on the marks we obtained in 12 th grade and even considered the entrance scores. Some students were allotted with e-grand depending on their family's annual income. So I'm not sure regarding the financial aid since I was not eligible for the program.

Campus Life

3

First year on joining the campus felt like some concentration camps. After some series of events the college life was fun. There is a tech fest that is conducted annually. It is known as NSITE. It was a 2 day program. Even there was an arts fest known as The Bloom. NSITE was conducted on the month of November 19th and 20. Bloom will be conducted on the month of February 19th and 20th. The library was huge and since I was not a Bookworm I don't have much to say about the library. They also conduct annual sports meet which was commenced on the month of October. There were no club activities as such.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The room was conjusted. The food was not up to the standards. There used to be power surges frequently. The warden was a strict person. There were restrictions to use mobile phones after 8 pm. The rooms had beds, fans and lights. The toilet was of the Indian style. We had to pay a little extra for the bathroom attached rooms. It is preferred to use the bath attached ones. The common bathrooms were a nightmare. The registration process was easy. Just had to pay the hostel fees and the caution deposit. The caution deposit costs 3000. Totally there was a warden and a security guard present at the hostel.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum contains a vast area of nursing aspects and they include OSKI as a new component of the nursing curriculum which prepares as well enough to face the job interviews ahead. But the time limit is so short that we find it difficult to complete the syllabus on time. As the syallabus has changed to semester system we are expected to write exams more frequently but that is good as it helps as to improve our writing skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Architecture is a tough and time taking course, the syllabus fine in the first three years but later on it becomes hectic. Maybe the syllabus can be reduced and I feel that five years is too long for architecture degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course mainly because of the job opportunities. There is plenty of teaching and non-teaching staff in the college. All the teaching staff has Mastered nursing and all are very talented teachers. The teaching method is lecturing and av aids are also used by the teachers like projectors. The exams are conducted after the completion of each unit. It's an average tough exam to score good marks. The only problem is that exams will be conducted daily and the personal behavior of some staff may vary from person to person.
