Internships

My experience:- First of all the college is awesome and I applied to this college by Successfully qualifying for MHT-CET. I got admission here in electronics engineering and the competition for higher branches are quite tough. Cutoff:- For my branch, the cutoff in 2020 is 88 percentile for CET. Academic:- The teaching staff were good. Even in a pandemic lockdown they provide us with A Special Gsuite ID for Google Classroom and provide us quality education and study material as well. Examination:-This college YCCE have Academic Autonomy i.e popularly known as AUTONOMOUS COLLEGE so here the exam paper will be set by College Faculties, not from University faculties. Also plus point, we will Getting a BTech degree from this college for students who admitted after 2020. Overall experience:- So now I'm in the 3rd semester currently and experience a lot of new things and doing well there, your school and college life is totally different from each other so you learn some awesome things here.

Most of the faculties are well trained for teaching and each department has nearly 4-5 Or more PhD faculties for their, also we have to give 2 mid semester examinations each of 30 marks which are converted to 15-15 marks and 1 end semester examination for 40 marks and practicals and also extracurricular activities will definitely give you benefit for marks as well. We will get 1.5hr for solving MSEs and 2 hr for ESE.

Internships are not really good here. There are internships but students have to be actually active for them and students have to take much effort into it. College time to time give you notification for them. But students really have to be attentive to this.

I think from 7th semester students are eligible for placement and placements are good enough. The average range for the package is around 4.5 to 6 lakh PA and the Highest package offered is 21 Lakh for the Ctech dept. From my department the highest package offered is 10 lakh.

First year fees after the scholarship are 98000 rs for the year 2020 and for non eligible students for scholarship it is I think 165000 rs. College helps you with scholarships and financial assistance. Also, the Account section is too punctual for their work and they give you advance notice for upcoming exam forms and college fees.

Unfortunately, In the COVID pandemic, we didn't attend the Fest of our college physically but virtually its experience is also too good. And also each department has its own tech fest for example my dept. Electronics engineering has its event ICON for students to perform their talent and show skills such as Dance, singing, coding, etc. Also, we have the common mega Fest i.e YASH. where the whole College was taken participation for the same.

Actually, the hostel is not too good, they charge too much and really they don't have even proper rooms there. I'm actually talking about only boys Hostel. I don't about the girl's hostel obviously. So my recommendation is, to take PG or a room near the college, there are so many better rooms available exactly near the college for both boys and girls.
