St Thomas college Autonomous is known for its popularity and legacy. Based on the popular opinion I have finally decided to opt for st Thomas college which was one of the right decisions I made in my life. The admission process is based on the rank list issued by the college. I attained my seat based on the management quota. The dte of admission was different from students who have earned their seats based on merit and reservation.
Course Curriculum Overview
My thirst to learning English in an advanced method finally set me in taking bachelors in English in this college. There are about 12 faculty members in the department of English. The majority of them have completed their PhD in English. The duration of a semester lasts upto 6 months and the exams for each semester is being conducted in the final months of the semester.
Placement Experience
The placement cell provides placements for final year students, various companies such as Infosys, Wipro, zdf solutions, Deloitte, Accenture and banks like federal bank and south Indian bank came for seeking graduates.
Fees and Financial Aid
Students who have been entitled to the management quota have to pay a sum of Rs 3000 per semester. Which is affordable even for the average student. The college offers a variety of scholarships for students coming from poor backgrounds as well as students from minority groups.
Campus Life
St Thomas college is an interesting place for bright-witted students. The college itself has 3 buildings for library itself. The Ncc and Nss of this college helps in moulding bright and responsible students which is a necessity for our countries future. Clubs like cooking club, drama club, music club, Film club helps each and every students to learn something apart from academics.
